3 it's 5:xx. let's take a look at business headlines. stocks shoot-up on wall street. the dow was up 222-points yesterday to end trading at 16-thousand 196. the nasdaq was up 98 points ending the day at 44-35. 3 3 the u-s and cuba sign an aviation agreement. that paves the way for the first regularly scheduled flights between the two countries in nearly 50 years. under the deal, the u-s can do up to 110 flights to cuba. now, u-s airlines have 15 days to request rights to the new cuba routes. carriers will then have to come to agreements with cuban aviation officials.

will be completed by this fall. 3 american airlines is suing "go go" ... the company that provides wi-fi for its planes... because it is too slow. airline officials believe they have a better offer, and want out of the contract. both american and delta have contracts that last through 2018. the american airlines' contract states that once it submits official notice that it has a better offer... gogo has a certain amount of time to persuade the airline to stay. 3 samsung has published an officials website for it's new phones. the news comes after there were some leaks about the upcoming galaxy s7 and s7 edge. the new site hints about what to expect, including wireless charging and water resistance. samsung hopes the galaxy 7 will do better after last year's s6 and s6 edge failed to boost its smart phone sales. 3 millenials drank 42 percent of all wine consumed in the us last year - more than any other generation. new research from the industry "nonprofit wine market council" found that americans between the ages of 21 and 38

3 the public got one last chance to review a streets project in asheville. the goal of the "livingston street and depot street" project is to make the streets safer and better equipped for bicyclists and transit users. the community requested a lot of changes back in september, and last night the city showed people the new plan. 3 john davenport, consultant:
