woman in a parking lot. he is also the suspect in the deadly shooting of a father and son at a kia dealership. police say he later shot five people outside a restaurant. >> a judge is set to died whether a lawsuit by families of the victims in the sandy hook massacre can go forward. that lawsuit is against companies that manufacture and sell the rifle used in the 2012 massacre. the gunman shot and killed 20 kids and six adults. a 2005 federal law protects gun makers for liability when their guns are used in crimes. since then, nearly every lawsuit against gun makers has been dismissed. >> students in michigan say a family of six died of carbon monoxide poisoning. police found a generator turned on inside the home. the area lost power due to high winds.
