well, returning to our breaking story. a deadly workplace shooting at a lawn moor manufacturer in kansas. the gunman 38-year-old cedric ford he worked for the company. he opened fire outside, then went inside and continued firing. ford killed three people and wounded more than a dozen others before being shot and killed by police.

triggered ford's attack but they haven't said what his motive could be. breaking story. a former bp big rig supervisor has been found not guilty in a case lirked to the 2010. robert kalu sa was tried on a single misdemeanor charge of pollution. prosecutors said that he and another rig supervisor botched a negative pressure test and missed clear signals of trouble before the explosion on the deepwater horizon rig. a very different verdict has been handed down by investigators in the case of a us airways jet crash as it tried to take off two years ago in philadelphia. >> at the time, the airline suggested it was a blown tire but now investigators are blaming pilot error. here's abc's david kerley. >> oh, my god, my plane. my plane just crashed. >> reporter: it was a scramble. >> the plane is on fire. >> reporter: for the 154 people to get off the jet. >> i see smoke down there. we're going to dispatch the emergency vehicles. >> reporter: this, after the four-second flight ended by
