carpenter hit a pedestrian at the crosswalk. his hazard lights but he did not get out of the car to or to render aid. the scene when the pedestrian stood up and walked over to the side of the road. the -- the pedestrian suffered abrasions and like injury. carpenter was transported to the detention center where he was processed and released on bond. >> an other news, sp eng schultz -- officials are monitoring water levels after they released water from the dam this morning. they decided to let the water out after it caused significant inflow into the dam. just now one of the six spillways is open. sumter police are investigating a fatal shooting. officials responded to the complex after receiving a shots fired call around 6:45 p.m.. the 23 oh man was found unresponsive in an outside area of one of the buildings.

according to the 23 page complaint, cosby gave can't stand three blue pills he claimed were herbal and within 1 half hour she exexrienced blurred vision and difficulty speaking. mr. cosby urged her to take pills that he provided to her and to drink wine. the effect of which rendered her unable to move. >> can't stand sued cosby in 2005 and settled out of court. a decade later prosecutors used unsealed portions of depositions from the lawsuit to build a case, including cosby's admission a plan to use drugs on women he wanted to have sex with. cosby's attorney told cbs this morning the unsealed court papers are no smoking gun. >> they're is nothing in the deposition were mr. cosby admits to committing any -- any crime. >> more than 50 other women
