decision will be made. >> reporter: financial fraud, two men you see here attempted to cash a stolen check at the first citizens in west columbia. once the teller refused to cash the check they left. if you know who they are call crime stoppers, 1-888-crime-sc. the department of social services discovered 100 cases of food stamp fraud across the state. all the cases were prosecuted by the state attorney general office. 99 defendants entered guilty pleas and agreed to repay $337,000 in restitution. they will continue to investigate other abuse of the program. today walmart announced they will close down 150 stores across the country, one in winnsboro. news 19's colby gallagher is there. the store will close in two weeks now? is that right?
