this is the 11th time the bus broke down and the parents aren't wrong in saying this is a bigger issue. >> we are at the mercy of what the state givers us in terms of equipment to repair. even staff. the mechanics. the bus shop is understaffed. getting the parts and keeping the buses running. >> reporter: a monitor should have been provided with an emergency contact list. >> we did not do a good job of notifying the parents. we didn't do a good job of having the contact information. i apologize for that but that has been addressed. again. >> reporter: he says they are already looking at the route for next year and working on making them more efficient and requesting a handicap bus be left in the lot at all times.
