we are here making sure that walgreens is having everything you need. right now, you cannot beat the weather right now. the temperature around the midlands, 56 degrees and columbia. fifty-seven as we get out to lexington and saluda. the wind has been picking up quite a bit out of the north. a lot of sunshine. we have this area of low pressure that has moved off along the coastline. a trough associated with that is offshore. we will be dealing with some warm weather today. pretty much in the lower-60s. with the exception of newberry at 59. here in columbia, a high of 62. light northerly wind. clear skies tonight. it is going to get downright cold. looking at temperatures -- getting down to 35 degrees and columbia with lower-30s throughout the midlands. we're looking at temperatures get to 59 tomorrow.

>> the recipe we have coming every year, there seems to be a vegetable that, for one reason or another, becomes the new go to favorite. last year, kale seemed to be the produce picked of stores. this year, cauliflower is following in its footsteps. the same smothered with cheese sausage cauliflower that many of us grew up with is now prepared and all sorts of new ways. if you have never tried it roasted, you are missing out. you see, roasting it with some olive oil and in a hot oven, brings out the natural sugar and allows the edges to get crispy. how about placing a whole head of cauliflower and grilling it until it is tender on the inside and has a smoky taste through and through. and a really big craze is mashing it after it is steamed or boiled. all we have to do is add some butter, sour cream and a few off-the-shelf spices. it doesn't get any easier than
