that took the life of a baby. 31-year-old andalyn mills charged with felony dui resulting in death. february 13 she was driving on two notch road around 1:00 p.m. when she hit another vehicle head on. the passenger in the other vehicle was pregnant and immediately went into labor. she was taken to the hospital, delivered the baby but the child died several days later. the driver of the car also suffered injuries. sled agents charged a police officer with performing a sex act on the job. marshall hardin is charged with misconct in office. december 13 marshall hardin was parked in his patrol vehicle

and performed a sex act on himself. if convicted he could face 10 ars in prison. >> days since reports -- two days since reports of shots fired and police have not found the suspects. it began with a fight around 7:00 p.m. officers believe two people pulled out guns and fired into the air. witnesses told them they did not see suspects fire the gun. police chief says they are still going througugvideo but haven't found evidence there. this can take a toll on your psyche. >> the key you go back.

thunderstorms earlier today and right now this is a time lapse of the radar over the southeast. over the last three hours, you can see more rain to the west, mississippi, alabama, georgia and south carolina. let's take a look at the latest live radar right now. you can see showers right here on i-20 in lexington county. moving to the north, northeast at 35 miles per hour. you will be seeing more rain coming into the columbia area. not as much rain in the southern part of the midland but that may change later on this evening. in the meantime, here is what we are seeing as far as temperatures are concerned. mild in the midland. 68 degrees over in augusta. macon 70 degrees. 71 charleston. notice in raleigh they are 48 degrees. there is a front moving through north carolina right now that is backing down into south carolina, we will see that front coming through later on this evening. at the moment here in columbia

arrested yesterday morning. investigators have not identified a motive. lawyers for the company that made the rifle in the sandy hook elementary school shooting are expected in court. a judge will determine whether the manufacture, distributer and seller of the weapon will face trial. several victims' family members will attend had hearing. jury selection began in a lawsuit filed by erin andrews against the marriott hotel chain. the reporter was covering a football game in nashville when a peeping tom booked the room next to her.

>> we ever a weather expo on wednesday. we may have to make modifications because of the severe weather but that is wednesday. right now this is mane and we have -- monday and we have had rain. currently our radar is showing rain moving through the midland. we are not detecting any thunderstorms at this time but we had thunderstorms earlier and we have rain moving through lexington county moving towards the northeast, at 35 miles per hour. we will ceceing rain through -- seeing rain through columbia and orangeburg county and to the north. we have a front coming down had eastern seaboard. a backdoor cold front. north carolina, through the pd, into the midlands. it will be ushering in cooler air tonight. the main part of the front is back to the west. there is quite a bit of rain there.

west there is a disturbance through the southwest that will energize the area of low pressure in eastern texas. wednesday, that will be a day that we will be seeing possible thunderstorms with severe weather. to the north, high pressure in control. right now look at these tempererures. to the south, temperatures in the 70s. charleston, they are at 71 degrees. 66 in orangeburg county. 64 columbia. the front has gone through rock hill, myrtle beach. 61 there. here is what the computer model is projecting, showers tonight and again tomorrow. showers, but the rain may be on the increase tomorrow night. here is the line of thunderstorms coming in from the west on wednesday morning. and we will be watching this to see how this all plays out because with this line of thunderstorms we may see severe weather or it could fall apart

homeless adults and children in south carolina. my friend, good to see you. here to talk about opportunities for folks who have mental health issues and they are in the age group of 18 to 30 and looking for housing. talk to us about leap heart place. >> young adults with mental health challenges can come and live in a safe environment while at the same time getting the services they need to help them live meaningful and productive lives. >> how can they get those services? >> they provide all the services on site. we also have a nurse on site. and so anyone who is interested in applying can call us and submit an application. >> during the break we talked about what it means to be homeless. it doesn't necessarily mean that you are riving in your car.

you know, you may have diagnosis living with your parents. >> absolutely. it is a save haven for those who want to learn how to live independently. we provide the supportive services for them so it is not overwhelming. >> we are looking at video of leap heart place. what i found interesting is that the homes are fully furnished. >> one bedroom apartments. fully punished. move -- furnished. move in ready. the only thing a tenant would have to do is decorate and be able to -- stock their kitchen and their room and their living room. but it is a really, really great community. and our residents love it. >> how are you able to do this? >> so that is why we rely on a
