after a newborn died after a wreck. 31-year-old andalyn mills was drunk when she hit a car back on february 13 on two notch road. the passenger in the vehicle was 7 months pregnant. she was taken to the hospital and went into labor. troopers say the baby lived a few days. andalyn mills is now in the lexington county jail. bond has been denied. divers attempting to find the body of a missing boater ended for the night. however the search for the 72- year-old man will resume in the morning. this stems from a saturday boating accident on the lake that claimed the life of a 55- year-old man. authorities declined to name the victims till the body has been found. an investigation is now underway. two days since reports of shots fired at columbiananaall and police haven't found had suspects. police say it began with a fight saturday night around

officers believe two people pulled out guns at the time witnesses say they fired shots into the air but investigators haven't been able to locate shell casings and witnesses did not see the suspects fire the guns. the police chief announced they are still going through video but they haven't found evidence and they are urging anyone with information to come forward and say what they saw. experts say it is important not to avoid the mall because of what happened. >> if you have some -- some apprehension you should try and go back soon because the longer you wait the more that apprehension will grow. news 19 reached out tacolumbiana mall to see -- to columbiana mall to see if they would change security procedures. they didn't have an answer but they are cooperating with law

former police officer is charged with misconduct. sled says december 13 marshall hardin was parked in his vehicle and was watching porn on his cell phone. officers say he touched himself, got out of his vehicle, went to the vehicle where he performed a sex act on hisson. she no longer -- himself. he is no longer employed by the police department. he could face 10 years in prison if convicted. tonight deputies need your help finding two suspects wanted for stealing from a good samaritan who was helping flood victims. october 5 the men on this surveillance video stole a wallet from the victim's car while he was assisting others effected by the historic floods. we are told they used the victim's credit cards three

if you want to be prepared, go ahead and get your weather radio. not difficult to set up. we have rain moveing through the area right now. -- moving through the area right now. moving through lexington county at 35 miles per hour. the rain is tapering off in the southern part of the midland. still continuing for the central and northern sections. we will see showers. we have a front moving through -- moving through south carolina. edging closer to us. moving to the southwest and should come through later on this evening or during the early morning hours. the main part of the front, though, is back to the southeast, extending to southern texas. lot of rain to the west. this will coming through our area tonight. in the upper atmosphere we have a weather system coming through the southwestern part of the country.

system beginning on tuesday so for tomorrow they are expecting severe weather in the gulf region. for us, the front edges south. 60 florence. 57 myrtle beach. 55 in rock hill. but 63 here in columbia. 64 in orangeburg and 65 degrees in augusta. our computer model indicating rain showers continue tonight. tomorrow a chance for showers with a chance for rain increasing tomorrow evening and then we will be watching the line of thunderstorms coming in wednesday morning. now there is still some uncertainty as to whether or not this will be the line or another will form. a chance of showers and thunderstorms coming through the area on wednesday. we don't expect the cold front coming from the west to come till wednesday afternoon. for tonight the front movers through. temperatures cool off -- moves
