3 and you can stay up to date with all the weather by following the weather team on twitter. you can also download our weather app to your iphone or anroid to get the latest updates. 3 3 newly released accident and incident reports in the arrest of longtime 11th circuit solicitor donnie myers. we first told you yesterday he was charged with a dui. according to the accident report, myers crashed his car at 8 evening.the trooper wrote in his incident report that there was a strong odor of alcohol in the car.they then visited myers at his home where he allegedly told them he had one drink at uno's before the crash, but he was run off the road.he told them he had nothing else to drink since the crash.the trooper saysuring a field sobriety test, myers was unable to recite his abc's twice and

test.he was taken to the richland county jail and blew a 0.09 at 10:08 p-m, nearly two and a half hours after the accident.myers did bond out of jail. if formally indicted by a grand jury, he can be governor haley. 3 in richland county...deputies are looking for a man and woman wanted for shoplifting at target.deputies say the man annd woman you see on your screen entered the target on two notch road earlier this month and stole numerous items off the shelves, placing the items into in a laundry bin and then ran out of t t store. if you know who these people are call crimestoppers at 1-triple-8-crime-sc. 3 also out of richland country...deputies need your help to solve a shoplifting case. it happened on january 21st at the walmart on two notch road. investigators say two suspects stole numerous baby clothing items and baby formula the suspects were seen on the survelliance cameras taking the items. if you know who these two are, call

-crime sc. 3 county administrators say sumter is growing.by 2030...they expect to have expanded residential and commercial growth.news19's chuck ringwalt spoke with admistrators about what's down the road for the people of sumter. 3 sumter county council voted to rezone a piece of land on kingsbury drive from general residential to general commerical.jay davis represented the property owner at the meeting. "he has no plans for it. other than he wanted to clean it up. it's house down and clean the underbrush from behind the trees."in order to rezone that property...other properties like it...and to encourage growth and development throughout the area...the development plan.donna administrator. "it kind of directs the growth and guides us, so when we get a property owner that wants to rezone their property, we look at it and look at the comp plan to see if that falls in line with the policies of the land use plan.davis also serves on the county's development board and says the plan has helped guide an increase of development in
