3 3 today in lexington...an anti-drunk driving rally will take place in front of the judicial center.the event is expected to highlight the latest dui charge against 11th circuit solicitor donnie myers. the long time prosecutor was arrested monday night after a single car accident off old chapin road.rally organizers are expected to call for myers resignation...saying he is no longer credible to prosecute dui cases.the rally is set for noon in front of the lexington judicial center.

announce its support for flood affected farmers by making a donation to plant it forward south promoting the state's agriculture industy. the power company will be reimbursing farmers for the costs of seeds of destroyed crops and other losses. the announcement will happen at 9:15 at the state house. 3 the roads bill debate in the senate will continue today. yesterday..after a week of blocking the roads bill from a vote this session, senator tom davis sat down. but senator lee bright took his spot, continuing the filibuster, to fight a proposed gas tax increase to fix our state's roads. bright says the department of transportation needs to be reformed, saying he doesnt think a roads bill will pass this session. bright said there are half a dozen conservative senators who are willing to fight the bill. 3 that's what we're going to push for, and there's a bill on the calendar that deals with restructuring and that's what we need to be debating and not a gas tax increase.

3 senator bright will hold the floor when the senate comes back this morning at 11. 3 a few weeks after the october flood...news19 sonia gutierrez was out in clarendon county checking out the bad road conditions that had people worried about emergency vehicles getting through... the county came out to fix it - but now it's created another problem. 3 "ever since the flood this thing went downhill fast"a couple weeks ago, it was so hard to drive through tobacco road that residents 3 had to park out of the blocki never thought i have a lake turbeville"after the first time we were here, the county came out and fixed the roads. the roads are now dry but the fixed one problem but they half-fixed it, they didn fix it all the way"this is what keith bennett's front yard looks like right now"they come out here and added rock which has made it better for everybody to get in and out but as far as the yards, there no drainage so the water just sits in the yards"

3 in kershaw county... a student at lugoff-elgin high school is accused of threatening to shoot one of his teachers.he's 18 year old cameron mose oreglia.deputies say a parent who monitors their child's social media accounts tipped them off to what happened. they say that parent noticed a message to their child from oreglia that threatened a specific teacher. the parent passed the message along to school officials, who then notified the school resource officer.deputies say oreglia
