help a victim involved in a domestic dispute. broom defaced a poster in the victim's garage and stole tape from the victim. what broom did may have been small but it is the fact that he stole something. new details tonight about the dui arrest of richland washington. the 51-year-old is accused of being drunk when he drove his car into the back of another vehicle. it happened before 8:00 p.m. saturday night at bluff road and martin luther king boulevard. washington and two other men were taken to the hospital. the officer writes he could smell alcohol at the scene of the crash on kelvin washington's breath while in the hospital hospital. washington admitted to having a beer at a friend's house. according to the report washington was arrested after

the officer requested then a blood sample that says washington refused. a search warrant says the blood was taken 1:00 a.m. sunday. washington was taken to the richland county jail. he was released from jail after posting $25,000 bond. richland county deputies arrested a suspect in connection with a shooting death from last night. jose reyes has been charged with murd -- charged with murder. last night deputies responded to shots fired in the 400 block of seton hall road, not far from clemson road. they found jaelen josey inside a crashed vehicle with a gun shot wound. he was pronounced dead. deputies believe jose reyes shot jaelen josey. witness were able to identify jose reyes as the suspect. we knew when it was happening the effects of the

parent, there is a new app, called whisper. this allow users to post anonymous secrcr messages. the problem with whisper is it use gps so people nearby can read what is being posted. police in minnesota arrested a 25-year-old man who was using the app to speak to a 15-year- old girl. he eventually asked her to send nude pictures and run away with him. police are asking parents to be careful about this app. >> a lot of parents haven't heard a loloof the apps because they jump from app to app. >> you need to watch their behavior. get their phones and go through it. >> well, experts say that if you can't seem to keep up with your teen's apps make sure you are reminding them that decisions made in the cyberworld always have real world consequences. .

he will make a peanut butter now, the midlands most accurate forecast with chief meteorologist jim gandy. >> watching showers and thunderstorms moving through eastern tennessee into western northern california and they extend into northwestern georgia. these are showers. we haven't detected thunderstorms yet but we have in tennessee and kentucky. they are moving east. you won't see them during the evening hours but late tonight we will have showers. we have been under partly cloudy skies as the moisture has been increasing.

thunderstorm activity has been occurring near the cold front here. you can see the cloudiness associated with the front and the area of low pressure that is moving through had great lakes and heading to the northeast. behind it we have cooler air coming in. we will be feeling that beginning tomorrow. but today it was the warm weather we were feeling. 71 degrees in greenwood as well as rock hill. 73 sumter and orangeburg and 75 in columbia and we have a wind, our winds at the moment are in the range of about 10 to 20 miles per hour. we have seen gusts in the up state at 30, 25 in the central part of the state. but right now we have sustained winds at 15 miles per hour for columbia and orangeburg and 18 in sumter. there could be thunder but for the most part i don't think there will be too much. rain late tonight.

news 19's joyce koh explains to us what is getting done and what is not getting done. >> unfortunately we are having a problem hearing joyce. hopefully we will check in with her again in the next couple minutes. things have become tangled in the senate. he took the floor today filibustering a peanut's law from passing. this is a bill that is unrelated to had roads that looks to change driving laws in construction zones. he blocked a senator who has been filibustering a roads bill. he motioned to take a vote but they objected to that.

getting to the bill and law makers are getting frustrated. news 19's joyce koh joins us live now with more on today's session. joyce, some lawmakers are frustrated with all the delays. they want to get the ball rolling here. >> reporter: yeah. today was an unexpected hold hup by senator who filibusters on a law that blocked the senator from filibustering the roads bill. he was against the law and didn't want it to paz however he -- pass however he was talking about roads the entire time. they want d.o.t. reform under the control of the governor. other lawmakers want to pass a gas tax increase.
