right now, not too many incidents to report. we have a closure to report. mark: thank you. developing this morning, police are searching for a gunman who murdered one man and injured another man. lisa: police say the shooting, in mount healthy. andrew setters is live with the search and the new details on the shooting. andrew: three men were in a car in a car in this parking lot. all three of them could have been killed in the hail of gunfire that erupted. one man was killed, another injured and rushed to uc medical center, and a third man was unhurt. police have not released their names at this point. all three sitting in a car when the shooter or shooters walked up and opened fire. police were talking to a person there' s been no word so far on arrests in this case. we know police were busy

>> he was always our rock no matter how grown up we became or tried to portray that we were. we always had our dad to fall back on. it' s definitely a different world now the day he took his last breath. mark: if you have any information that can help, call crimestoppers at 513-352-3040. a jury trial is set to begin today for the man accused of shooting another to death in over-the-rhine. the incident happened last april when deandre bandy was arrested for the death of 21-year-old justin madaris. investigators believe the shooting was the result of two groups of people firing shots at one another following a basketball game. bandy was shot in the leg during that shooting. a truck fire caused all lanes of i-71 northbound by the field ertel exit to be shut down for about an hour early this morning. the fire happened between the back of the cab and the front of the trailer, where the tires caught fire. officials tell us the truck driver was not injured.

lisa: cincinnati police chief isaac and mayor cranley are taking steps to make your community safer. they will be hosting a series of community meetings to discuss the uptick in shootings and gather input from citizens about how to deal with the issue. the first meeting is tonight at the over-the-rhine recreation center from 6:30 to 8:30. the next one will be in evanston on january 25th. after saturday' s loss, there could be changes to the bengals roster, and after more than a decade with the bengals and still no win in the post season, many are wondering will marvin lewis keep his job. wlwt news 5' s miriah turner is at the live alert desk with the answer. miriah: marvin lewis is the first nfl coach to go 0-7 in the playoffs. but even after that and saturday' s blown lead and the personal fouls, espn' s adam schaeffer reports that the bengals will not fire marvin lewis. they plan to bring the coach back for the 2016 season, which is the last year on his current contract. that would make him the

time dusting off your car, and let your engine run for a while before taking off. many local residents found themselves having issues opening their car doors, thanks to the cold temps. remember to take it slow this morning. you should not be traveling at your normal speed. the ice and the snow leads to less traction for your tires, increasing the possibility of slipping. another tip, increase your distance between you and other cars by about six seconds than you normally would. slick roads mean your car will not slow down as quickly. lastly, do not hit your breaks -- brakes if you start to skid. slamming on your brakes can make you skid even more. instead, continue to steer your car in the direction you want your vehicle to go. it' s always good to have a reminder as we enter the coldest part of the season. lisa? lisa: thank you. we have a number of school closings and delays right now. they are running at the bottom of the screen.
