-- calculate it. at noon, we are up to 17 degrees. still feels like the single digits. as we head into the late afternoon, clouds are thickening up and temperatures make it into the mid-20' s. your windchill is at 5-10 miles per hour. obviously this morning, anything that is wet will be turning very icy. the cold weather is creaking issues in silverton which is where we find andrew. andrew: the cold weather creating a water main break. i could step out here into the flowing water and get my shoes wet and have my feet turn into wate ice. this is in silverton on plainfield road. waterworks crews are on the

they cut down on the amount of ice here but is -- it is a major concern. the amount of ice that could build up on the street could create very dangerous situations as we go into the morning. this part of the road is closed. this is only a small part of plainfield road but it is completely shut down. that will force a lot of people who are at it -- heading into work or school to find another way around. we will send it to kyla to help guide people through this area. kyla: thank you for the update. i think that will help folks trying to navigate around the closure. you have quite a few options of how to get around it. some of the theater streets --
