if you have an inspirational story or an unbelievable story like the one we had last week where a young man found his biological mom and then his biological parents got married decades after they gave him up for adoption. if you got something like that lying around, please go to the same website. i'm not going to say it again. >> i just want to give a quick tribute to a friend of the show. there's a beautiful girl named jill brazinski-connolly. i went to the caymen islands, and i met her and her beautiful husband bart in the lobby, and we were chatting and talking. i liked her so much. i thought she's so sweet and so full of life, and she was young, in her 30s. when i was giving the speech, i remember i locked eye with her, and i thought why am i up here and why isn't she up here? i said can i say something? i just met this really cool girl. she's a bright light. she has such life in her. she came up and spoke.

she came up to the podium, and this was years ago, and she said the doctors told me i have three months to live, and she said but i want to tell you something. i have the best husband in the world. stand up, bart. everyone applauded. she said i'm working hard to help other people, and she said i'm the luckiest woman in the room. i looked at her, and she was. like, you know when you feel like -- she was. >> she exuded swroi. she was a beautiful person. >> she was beautiful. i learned yesterday that she passed away yesterday morning, and she left behind so many friends and people who loved her. we had her on the show a couple of times. this is what she said back then. >> i stay positive because to me like it's the word life. i have life today. >> if you had the medical problems that jill has, who wouldn't be shaking their fist at god saying why me? but not her. >> you just take every moment, and you cherish it, and don't worry about the stuff that you can't have. focus on what you do have.

good morning everyone ... the heavy rain created some problems overnight... this is what it looked like in oakley as the rain came down.. and then here's what columbia parkway looked like while you were sleeping... high water created closures near taft and torrence... some mud also made it over the wall ...near this stretch ... this is all clear this morning... and this video from overnight as well. this is sutton road near coney island in anderson township.. high water shut down the road for a short time. police re-opened the road a little later as the water subsided. it's a big day for student athletes - national signing day. they move on from high school, to commit to playing college sports too. a big ceremony took place at elder high school.
