request. warmbier also claimed he was manipulated by the united states administration. the north korean government alleges warmbier was encouraged by a secretive university society and the cia. lisa: developing now, we hope to learn more information about a body pulled from a northern kentucky creek. mark: the investigation is centered in bracken county' s snag creek. wlwt news 5' s andrew setters is leading the way with what we' ve learned so far. andrew: we know investigators been quite a bit of time on scene but the investigation into this discovery is just beginning. the discovery made off route 8 along the snag creek not too far from the ohio river. the body was found there. we don' t know if it is a man or woman. kentucky state police are investigating after the bracken county sheriff told -- called them in. the discovery was made not too far from the area of pendleton county where an investigation of

the 31-year-old woman a falmouth has been missing for a month. she was laughing january 31. believed to have been headed toward campbell county, a mother of two, family members concerned she is not had any contact with her children or the rest of her family. the reward of $10,000 is being offered for information about her whereabouts. we expect to get more information about that body discovery in bracken county later this morning when

mark: a congregation in dayton is in shock after their pastor was killed at church. witnesses say william schooler was shot right after he finished his service on sunday. police say the man who pulled the trigger is schooler' s own brother. witnesses say pastor schooler went into his study following the final prayer, and that' s when his brother, daniel, got up and followed him inside. >> then we heard pa-pow, pa-pow, pa-pow. that' s when everybody started running. i had my coat in my purse are still in there. all i had -- i have to use this walker. and we all ran out. >> i can' t believe it. i can' t believe it that my pastor is gone. mark: dayton police arrested daniel schooler at the church, he is expected to appear in court on murder charges later today. lisa: the hamilton county sheriff' s office is preparing to host a forum looking for input on the heroin epidemic in greater cincinnati. it is happening tomorrow night at the university of cincinnati'

sheriff jim neil says authorities can not do it alone and need the public' s help. if you want to provide input, the forum goes from 6:00 until 8:00 at the muntz hall auditorium. mark: to commitment 2016 now, two republican candidates will be coming our way this week. today, dr. ben carson plans to host a rally in lexington kentucky. , on super tuesday, republican front runner, donald trump, will make a stop in columbus. then he will make his way down to louisville. he will host a rally at the kentucky international convention center. and new this morning, donald trump is getting another political endorsement for his 2016 presidential run. alabama senator jeff sessions has announced he is backing trump for the republican nomination. lisa: in other commitment 2016 news, ohio' s governor is weighing in on what it would take for him to drop out of the race. on "meet the press, john kasich addressed rumors that mitt romney told him to quit. >> i' ve had a number of conversations with him and a lot of email exchanges, and we just have to leave it there.

these candidates should be able to win their own home state. i' m going to win ohio. but if i don' t win ohio, then, you know, ballgame over. lisa: nbc news and the wall street journal just polled voters in three super tuesday states. kasich is in last place in georgia, tennessee, and texas. donald trump is ahead in georgia and tennessee, while ted cruz is now leading in his home state of texas again. mark: when it comes to the democrats, bernie sanders is working to take back the momentum after hillary clinton' s landslide win in south carolina. sanders is hitting super tuesday states, trying to drum up support. the contests tomorrow are crucial for the democrats. 865 delegates are up for grabs in the 11 states choosing between sanders and clinton. lisa: happening today, the mount st. joe' s men' s basketball team is getting a spot in the division iii ncaa tournament for the first time in program history. over the weekend, the lions defeated rose-hulman in the finals of the heartland

history. it' s been 163 years since christian moerlein founded the brewery and 12 years since greg cincinnati' s grand brewing traditions. you can toast to christian moerlein with the new 12-163 belgian quad that was just released this weekend. lisa: this morning we are waiting on the final numbers from the fundraiser to help an over-the-rhine favorite. st. francis seraph held the fundraiser on sunday, and the efforts for tucker' s restaurant. the vine street location was destroyed last summer by a fire, and now restaurant owners are looking to bounce back. >> joe and carla tucker are the salt of the earth. they' ve made everyone welcome in this restaurant and they' re looking forward to the opportunity to seeing all their friends again, every day. lisa: the tuckers hope to be back up and running july 25, and that would be exactly a year after the fire that forced the restaurant to close down.

and there was a little red carpet controversy involving one of the biggest stars on the entire planet. mark: how does this happen? a beauty website sent out a tweet discussing oprah' s red-carpet look, but there was one problem -- oprah was watching the oscar' s on her couch. this was the tweet which showed a picture of whoopi goldberg. total beauty said, "we had no idea oprah was tatted and we love it." this all got back to oprah and her good friend gayle king . they posted this picture on instagram. oprah was a little confused by the mistake. total beauty deleted the tweet, but later they owned up to the mistake and vowed to donate $10,000 to oprah and whoopi' s charity choice. nice gesture to try and fix it. ms. ago that might cost $20,000. kyla: i am not ok with it.

today we will be in the mid-50' s. a cold front came through overnight with another round of gusty winds. the rain is gone and we are waiting on the winds to die down. you can see on the wide view, the back edge of the clouds moving between illinois and indiana. by lunchtime, we should get some sunshine and the winds are about to die down over the next three hours as well. between 7:00 to 10:00, going from 20 mile per hour winds to about 10 mile per hour winds. as we take a look at tomorrow, we' re to talk about the threat for severe storms. cincinnati is in the yellow, which is a slight risk for severe weather. the worst storms of the system should remain to the south but we have the potential for gusty winds or held tomorrow with afternoon storms. today, no worries once the winds die down.

mark: good morning and welcome back. new developments this morning after a wyoming grad was arrested and detained in north korea in january. lisa: otto warmbier has made a dramatic statement. wlwt news 5' s andrew setters is at the live alert desk with the latest on his case. andrew: the confession is thing to keep in mind is we know very little about how or why warmbier offered it. warmbier is a wyoming high grad and a university of virginia student. north korea in january and was detained there. north koreans said he committed a crime. today, warmbier gave a detailed confession, saying he stole a political banner from his hotel room because he was offered a used car from someone at his church and donations to his mother if he was detained. warmbier also says he was encouraged to commit the crime by a student organization at the university of virginia. >> i entirely beg you and the
