charged and with what at this point. depending on how this story sorts out, that will really identify where those charges were -- go as well. there are a lot of things that they are still working to try and understand. as they question the three suspects and as they question the other one down at sea i.s. at this point. --cis at this point. mark: brian, thanks so much. it is a difficult picture that we are trying to paint at home. let' s check in with andrew setters and see what he is hearing at the scene. he is been following this since it broke about 7:20, 7:30 this morning. andrew. >> e-mail is just left the scene.

cincinnati firefighters, paramedics came here to the scene, they went into this home with the baby was brought by her mother just a short time ago. in the midst of this frantic search going on, the mother showed up with the baby and walked inside of the house with cincinnati police on the scene. they brought firefighters and paramedics. they loaded her onto an ambulance a short time ago and took her up presumably to the hospital to be checked out further because at this point, it is a great mystery as to what went on here this morning over about 2.5 hours from the time this car was stolen with the baby go reportedly in the back of it and the time the mother and baby girl showed up at the acura on hopkins street in the west end. so with the weather being what it is and the child being young, they will not take any chances with her condition or to find out more about how she may be right now. a very young baby, really a new
10:02 am
less than a month old here at the center of all this and they just took her up a short time ago presumably to the hospital. lisa: we are kind of reading between the lines with the chief that you interviewed on live television that after the child showed up and then the news briefing that brian received. there is speculation that the child was not inside that car even to begin with. are you feeling that a little bit? >> well, i am feeling that there is a lot of questions that still remain to be answered here. the initial report here is that the report -- the 80 was inside the car with the car left running. it is very cold out here. that baby is less than month old. that seems to be something that you would -- if you leave a baby that young alone long enough for the car to be stalling, seems to be something the cincinnati police would want to look at.
10:03 am
it was found, it crashed. and the baby was that in there, that was immediately the question. where was the baby? had the baby ever been in the car? we went from really an amber alert type of situation where you have that car, think about the number of people that were out looking for that car. not only cincinnati police officers. we are car license plate number and description, people all over the place concerned. they were able to track that down and pursue it. and then it crashed. cincinnati police and immediately began looking to figure out where the baby might' ve gone because the baby was not there on the scene. and you have it show up in the custody of her mother when we didn' t have much indication that the baby had been recovered was a real mystery for us. it' s one of those many questions that cincinnati police still have about what all unfolded here. lisa: andrew is live for us. one of the first on the scene of

10:06 am
subject of such a mystery that cincinnati police still have to untangle. it is been to be tow truck here and will be taken off prosperity and towed to the impound lot and process even further for evidence. we want to give you that update here. the car that crashed earlier this morning, the start of this whole mystery being totally from the scene here. this crime scene is wrapped up. cincinnati police still have a lot of investigating to do on this. the one take away from here on prosperity from all this is the sense of response on the part of cpd and what they did to bring this to a successful conclusion now that investigative -- now hold. it is a key part of it, the car being cut out of your now.
10:07 am
lisa: -- mark: john, thank you. another update there. lisa: c what they can find out about it. mark: let' s check back in with our forecast. >> so we are tracking snow showers as they rolled back in from the south and west. you notice the radar trying to pick up a bit of a mix of rain and snow along 71. once you had through portions of carroll county and also into ripley county in indiana. as you zoom on in from the ohio, still generally snow for most of us or going to over the next couple of hours starting to see rain mixing in. when we zoom out and take a look at louisville, latest reports, generally still snow. it is switching over to rain slowly. i expect the snow half -- snow/rain line to move. we will see mix of rain and snow. some parts of town have a little more rain in this mix.

10:33 am
>> we're open. not that open. >> different segment. different segment. >> what's a good body language to you? >> this is all great advice, like, for a meeting, where you want to be confident when you're talking but also focused when listening so you're making eye contact. your body language is open. >> and your legs are closed. >> and you're smiling. >> depends what kind of meeting! >> okay. >> thing you naturally do with people you like. your family, friends. the same rules apply. when you're open, happy, smiling, all interactions go much more smoothly. >> and don't wry to remember the rights right body language. we have seen politicians who try to use the right hands to communicate. and it doesn't work. >> no. >> this is good. you have to acknowledge that there is another point of view. this is really important. >> i hear what you're saying. >> yeah, absolutely. you're not always going to be right. and that's okay, because nobody is. but if you can demonstrate that you can take that insight from somebody else on your team, use it to form your own viewpoint,
