happened. >> currently, what we believe happen is a vehicle was traveling north on u.s. 27 and the other car was traveling south. it appears the car traveling south cross over the median and hit the vehicle head on. dan: police are not elaborating at this point on the names of the people involved in this crash. as we are told, they' re trying to look into factors as to why this crash happened. we will keep working this story. we' re expecting an update a little later this morning. dan griffin, wlwt news 5. lisa: and abandoned car hit by a train in glendale about 11:00 last night. it happened by greenville avenue. the train was stopped while the car was moved off the tracks. no injuries. mark: another scare after a man was arrested with guns near schools in the area.

apologizing to parents. andrew: madison local schools trying to get back to normal, reassure students after monday' s school shooting. yesterday' s arrest and an alert it out by middletown may have made that more difficult. a man was found asleep in a church parking lot. bryan miller had two guns and a box of ammo in the car and was intoxicated. there is no connection to the school shooting or madison local schools other than it happened somewhat nearby. it led to a robocall being sent out by the middletown school districts. >> it is not good hearing messages like that. if nothing is happening, they need to do something about the system sending out the messages. it is not good. andrew: middletown schools later apologize. bryan miller is due in court later today. mark: a wyoming teenager is now charged with aggravated

mark: welcome back. a mother and her child killed in a crash after a driver crosses lanes, hitting them head-on. lisa: that driver is being treated at uc medical center. wlwt news 5' s dan griffin is there with the latest. dan: good morning. the woman who police say crossed a center line and caused this crash is here at uc medical center. her condition, not known at this point. police say this crash happened on u.s. 27 at about 7:00 last night. officers say a mother and young daughter were killed after that woman driving southbound crossed the center line and hit them head-on as they drove northbound. investigators say this area that it happened is not prone to crashes. no names have been released at this point. investigators are working to determine factors in this crash. we are expecting an update from coldspring police later and we will keep working on the story for you. for now, live at uc medical center, dan griffin, wlwt news 5. mark: thank you. police launch an intense search after a mother says her
