deadly shooting. we'll stay on top of it. >> baltimore city police make an arrest after a woman was shot in fells point. 48-year-old josephine lewitowsky died at the hospital after she was found tuesday morning on register street in eastern avenue. police arrested a man, 22-year-old dante mccrea after surveillance cameras captured him putting a shotgun into a car. he's been charged with murder. police haven't released a possible motive in this case. could the department of defense confirm that the bodies of at least two killed in afghanistan are back home. michael heed jr. of pennsylvania has family here in maryland. he was killed in combat on monday. his body arrived at dover air force base in delaware last night. the latest on michael jackson. it's taken 25 years for us to see this. that u.s. weekly just released never before seen footage of his 1984 pepsi shoot. there's michael's hair. it catches on fire and the clips show take after take up

into to the latest on the light rail accident that killed two people two weeks ago. police say they are trying to find a potential witness who could help baltimore county police. abc2 news sherrie johnson now with the story. >> reporter: baltimore county police continue to search for answers after a light rail train hit and killed two teenagers. now police may have a new lead. they are searching for a man who was on board the light rail train when it hit the teens during the fourth of july weekend. officers are trying to find in man because he could provide vital information in this case. police say the passenger is

not in any trouble but they think he may have something that could help. garret connor peterson and kyle wankmiller both died when a light rail train hit and killed them. authorities say the teens were walking on the tracks near the lutherville station when hit by the train. the family members want to know, how did the accident happen? how did two trains run over two teens twice? and how did the first driver not stop? >> i'm waiting for him. i'm still waiting for him. i know they are not coming back. >> reporter: if you know the man police are looking for you're asked to call baltimore county police at 410-307-2020. again, this man not in any trouble. officers say his information could be vital to their investigation. sherrie johnson, abc2 news. and mta officials confirm a woman was hit earlier yesterday by a light rail train, this time it happened at the mount washington station just after 4:00. the unidentified woman was hit by a southbound train as she was trying to cross the

tracks at the station. she was taken to the hospital with with nonlife-threatening injuries. time is 5:45. let's look at the other top stories we're working on this morning. police say last night the eastern part of baltimore county, two men were injured after a shooting in middle river. police tell us that one victim was found in an apartment on starwood court suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. a second victim was at the intersection of rossville boulevard and philadelphia road. investigators say a third man tried to drive that victim to the hospital but then ran out of gas on the way there. the driver went to get gas but then the victim had flagged down rescue crews. no word on whether either man's injuries are life threatening. and baltimore's own michael phelps reins at the espy awards. he takes the five-year crown away from tiger woods. last night the 14-time olympic gold medalist five won esp -- five espy's including

something we have not had in quite some time, morning temperatures in the 70s. 72 degrees officially in baltimore. and everywhere on the regional map. our scope up to new york and philly, 73. even pittsburgh 73. richmond and charleston at 70. we've had showers popping up here. showers running your way on through the portion of the delmarva and jersey shoreline. they are rolling out to sea. we have another line of showers rolling across the mountains to central pennsylvania and back through garrett county. that pivots through late morning through early afternoon. that's when we have a shot at developing showers here. again, during the morning hours, primarily around the bay and eastern shore. we could get a sprinkle but that line of showers, that whole disturbed area will line up around 95. it appears as if north and east of baltimore the better chance of getting afternoon rain but the models still subject to error, for the possibility we could wind up with rain stretching its way down across baltimore. we've kept that chance. after that the sun comes out. depending on how much sun we see this afternoon, we could shoot temperatures back up into

bethany freeman shows me the beautiful four-bedroom home she was trying to rent. >> this is the living room here. >> reporter: it's such a nice home for $2,200 a month you would think plenty of families would have responded to her ad on craigslist but they have not because someone else is also advertising her house on craigslist and almost $1,000 less a month. >> his is $1,300. mine is $2,200. >> reporter: this is happening to homeowners and landlords around the country according to the fbi, foreign scammers are copying rental ads, down to photos and the fact that cats are ok, then posting the same home or apartment for hundreds of dollars less. potential renters are easily scammed because the house really exists. and the scammers tell them to look at it and wire some money to hold it. >> they are saying they can't show the house because they are claiming to be in england and that to drive by the property and said once you like it send me the deposit. >> reporter: bethany
