business. his name is constantine dino frank. he was found face down and bound july 29th in the vestibule of presignificance vending. -- precision vending. that's in canton. police say this is where it gets bad. he managed to get one hand free, but apparently suffered a stroke during his struggle. >> the investigation revealed there was money taken out of a private safe of his located in an office. right now, we have no suspects, no people of interest, but we are getting good intelligence from the family and from employees. >> franks' death is now being investigated by the homicide unit and city wide robbery. an autopsy is being performed, and we'll bring it to you as soon as we learn it. let's go back to sherrie johnson with the accident involving michael phelps last night. >> reporter: good morning, jamie. we are here in loch raven catching up with a lot of

people running in and out getting the coffee. people are concerned here this morning. michael phelps was in a car accident last night. it happened about 9:00 at the intersection of biddle and calvert streets. fellps was not injured in the accident, but the other female driver of the honda accord was shaken up and take ton an area hospital as a precaution. two passengers in phelps' car were are not injured. phelps has been interviewed by police. they are told alcohol was not a factor, and we caught up with some of the people. here's their are reaction to the accident. >> i'm glad he's okay, but we all get into accidents. i mean, as long as everybody's okay, ain't no big deal. >> i hope he's okay. sending out best wishes to the family. >> reporter: as you can see a lot of folks out here hope phelps is okay. meanwhile, police continue to investigate to find out exactly what happened. reporting live in loch raven,

car crash involving superstar michael phelps. sherrie? >> reporter: we're here in loch raven where many people are talking about the accident this morning. it happened last night around 9:00 in the downtown baltimore area. michael phelps was not injured in this accident. we definitely want to say that. the other driver in the other car was driving a honda accord. she was shaken up and taken to an area hospital just as a precaution. the other folks in michael phelps' car were not injured as well. phelps has been interviewed by police, and officers say alcohol was not a factor in the crash. local people here, well, they are just hoping that he's okay. >> i hope he recovers. >> oh, my god. i cannot believe that can happen to him. i mean, honestly that's amazing. i hope he's all right, though. >> reporter: and once again, police continue to investigate this crash to find out exactly what happened. reporting live in loch raven,

reading death to obama. he did it outside the hagerstown town hall meeting on health care reform. the washington county sheriff's department says the sign also read death to michelle and her two stupid kids. the sheriff's office turned the unidentified 51-year-old man over to secret service agents on wednesday. federal prosecutors say two men have been sentenced in a plot to steal the cash treasury checks. he was sentenced to more than six years in prison. theodore terrell of washington was sentenced to just under four years for this. if you are riding the metro, expect delays on the red and orange lines because of track maintenance. the red line trains will not serve the fort totten station. trains will operate between shady grove and brooklyn in between glenmont and tacoma from 10:00 p.m. tonight until the system shuts down on sunday. free shuttle buses will be provided, but expect to add at
