looming $95 million budget deficit for fiscal year 2011, we need every dollar we can get but obviously public safety and making sure roads are clear so people can get to work and for medical emergencies and so forth, that is a priority we have to find the money to do it. >> all right thank you so much for joining us on the phone >> my pleasure. >> all right. some other news to have day. national transportation safety board says pilot error not poor weather conditions caused the plane crash near buffalo new york nearly a year ago. this ruling came out yesterday in the board's final hearing on this crash. flight 3407 went down killing all 50 passengers onboard and one on the ground. the pilot failed test rides but did not tell his employer. the federal aviation administration is demanding better performance from airlines reviewing pilot training and plans proposals to address pilot fatigue later this year.

coming up on 6:40 a.m. the nigerian accused of trying the take down a plane with an underwear bomb has been running his mouth and providing key information. the fbi has the help of his family and because of that he is talking convinced he will be treated fairly in u.s. courts. >> prosecutors plan to charge michael jackson's doctor with manslaughter rather than take the case to a grand jury. he died back in june from an over dose and dr. murray maintains he did not give jackson the drugs that would have killed him. now he says he is co-operating with authorities and turning himself in if charged. >> japanese government now getting complaints about brake problems on the prius. sales in the country have taken a huge hit due to a sticking

actually a wetter snow and packing. and you know, the snow we had before in the past several storms was fluffier but when it comes to this snow there are things to keep in mind. to make sure you don't hurt yourself while shoveling let's look at tips we have put together for you because shoveling can put a strain on your heart especially people with a heart condition. also those middle aged and older they are more at risk of hurting themselves in the snow. you want to be careful when shoveling to day. two minutes of shoveling can boost your heart rate. think of it as physical exercise. don't over do it. take frequent breaks if you have to go back inside and eat the rest later. all that food can put an extra load on your heart. use a small shovel. when you are dealing with wet snow, packing a big shovel with lots of snow really gets your heart rate up and it can do

damage so just take it easy you know take your time, scoop up little amounts and dump it in front of you also another thing you see some people shoveling and they will dump the snow over their shoulder or throw it to the side don't do that because that twisting motion can hurt your back. so just some helpful things to keep in mind so you don't get hurt again it is a wet snow, minisnow man, pizza snow man i hope you enjoyed that. you just want to be careful out there. back to you. >> thanks just a reminder delays are at the bottom of your screen. in other news an amazing rescue more than 100 feet above the inner harbour. really scary scene as a window washer on a motorized chair got stuck and dangled outside a harbour east highrise. a rescue team was able to open up a window one floor above him and pull him out. took 20 minutes he is doing well this morning. >> a scathing assessment of

baltimore's out going mayor listen to this in court papers state prosecutors say sheila dixon is unrepenitent and lost touch with reality after her convictions on purgery and embezzlement. she will be convicted and will receive probation before judgment meaning it can be wiped off her record. a carroll county woman is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy. she is charged with sexual abuse of a minor. the 14-year-old was staying at the couples home during the summer. her husband found photographs of the two kissing and internet chats. the 14-year-old admitted to having a sexual relationship with the 35-year-old. >> two baltimore doctors just back from haiti and they say the need for help and medical supplies is growing every day. let's go to union memorial hospital and see the doctors,
