winds gusting to 40 miles an hour or higher. the snow will start to wind down this afternoon and evening. there's the storm off the coast. you could see it filling back in on the west side of the baltimore icon. that is just the storm really getting cranking off the coast. what could we expect for today and the snow cast total? i have not agisted the map. expecting 6 to 12. the general range from 12-20 inches. some of you close to the range. hartford county, eating out of the freezing stuff, you will get the heavy snow a little longer as you go to the afternoon hours. i wanted to dry a line there. i believe this is the line that never turned over. up near the pa line, -- my friends in southern california, you never turned over. most should be on the foot and

to 20-inch range. eastern shore, you probably had some and will add. it will be snow and tough to call how much out there in ocean city and salsburg city. for today, the blizzard warning kicks in at 10:00. things-- this is the 2nd blizzard warning in 5 days. 26 degrees on average. it's going to drop. once the winds pick up between sock and noon to start. that's when it gets nasty. when you crr you've had the freezing rain and a few inches of rain and then that's when bge will put themselves to the grind stone and are probably dealing with trees. the problems really build in.
