use of hand held cell phones while driving. there was a debate as to whether marijuana could be used to releave pain. they are discussing a bill that would legalize it for medical use. if passed, a doctor's prescription could allow people to purchase marijuana and use it. the city is taking wells fargo back to court. lawyers for the city have filed another lawsuit against the mortgage lender, they came they lend wells fargo needs to pay the city back the money spent by the police, fire, and other departments that were forced to deal with houses vacated because of foreclosures. the suit outlines specific damages to more than 200 homes and how much property tax money was lost there. but attorneys for the bank claim that the suit has no merit. a columbia man will spend 10 days in jail for buying and wearing military uniforms even though he is not in the

warning, directly to our west and several going up across pennsylvania here. basically the big concern with these, going to be gusty winds, 40 to 50 miles per hour. also there will be lightning to deal with on these. take a look at maryland's most powerful radar, you can see this line, until you zoom in it doesn't look super impressive necessarily but let's do that, as we go into tighter here this is some very gusty wind packed into the southern tip of this line of storms here. tracking down the i-70 corridor, and you can see here as we give you a 3d tilt, a lot of the heavy storm activity is to our north. put the radar in motion and you can see the lightning strikes on the southern end of this. so more of this is going to end up being a pennsylvania issue, but we will get clipped by some of the stormy weather. some of these cells south of us could pick up in intensity as well, so we'll be tracking this carefully. right now it's all west of the frederick area, if you're headed toward frederick, be advised that you could run into storms. all right, take a look at this.

our tower camera downtown, you can see the clouds thickening up a little bit here. no showers, no storms yet, but it has that look, doesn't it? you can just kind of tell that something is approaching. 82 degrees, humidity 35%, winds out of the southwest, gusting to more than that. take you to our weather net station out in hagerstown, watch carefully, sun, clouds, and then there goes the rain. so this line -- that line of showers and storms already blowing through the hagerstown area. you can see the clouds getting thicker and thicker in frederick and the storm begins to move in here later in the afternoon. still don't have rain there quite yet but you can see it's looking stormy out toward frederick. windy conditions ahead tf, including here in balt -- ahead of it, including here in baltimore. one last mild day here, but you can see the contrast, hagerstown, 64. out toward deep creek lake and oakland, 50. so cooler air is punching in as

[ crying ]. >> please come home. . >> reporter: notice how quickly he composed himself. police tell us he pushed to make that televised plea. all along detectives were suspicious of his entire performance. >> his body language and actions were not consistent with a grieving husband that just lost his wife. from the beginning of the investigation, we've been interested in him. >> reporter: he's really not that happy to see cameras now as his story unravels and he's hauled into jail. this case struck a chord with all of them. >> we all have families, and we

texas got a big surprise when the pizza they ordered were fake. this is making hotel managers very, very angry. >> they usually sneak into a property, sometimes dressed as like one of the commercial pizza vendors and these folks will come in and with a pizza box wrapped up and but it's full of pizza flyers and they'll go through and hit our floors and put them underneath the guest room doors. >> after several complaints police have been able to find and arrest three of the pizza scammers. making sure you counted how many baltimore residents have turned in their census forms. abc 2 news at six starts right now. . a harford county man faces up to 5 years in prison after he recorded a bizarre traffic stop last month in harford county. good evening, i'm kelly swoope. it happened on interstate 95.

there is a unique video of the traffic stop that has led to a charge of illegally recording police. abc2 news brian kuebler reports. >> reporter: looking at i-95 from the helmet camera. he is admittedly speed, even show boating as he pops a wheel off the pavement. but it is what happens at a light off exit 80 in harford county where he starts to take issue. >> get off the motorcycle. get off the motorcycle. state police. >> reporter: look again. the trooper is in an unmarked car. plain clothes, with a badge not easily visible. he pulls his weapon and approaching graber for 5 seconds before finally identifying himself as state police. >> were you freaking out? >> a little bit. kind of afraid somebody was going to shoot me or steal my motorcycle from me. >> reporter: rattled but as part time military he was not too shaken. he accepted the speeding ticket he said he deserved and did nothing more than just
