idea. it was waum and humidity came back a bit. wind we had out of the south, and it was a bit of a warm breeze bringing in some rather above average temperatures. take a look at this. a couple of showers beginning to develop. again the clouds that we saw on and off you can see a break in the action right now some clearing going on and out to the west this is the leading edge of our next weather maker. this is not the kind of storm we had this week that cooled us down and kept that steady rain and thick deck over us. weaker storm especially as it comes tomorrow, and there will be a chance for showers and hit and miss tomorrow afternoon and then into the day on sunday, and in the mane time a warm evening as that southerly braze keeps flowing. off to the west, here is the core of the storm over southern michigan. not a dramatic cool down. i will drop into the mid-70s but no dramatic cool down left in

the outlook and i'm sure we're past that. our forecast model as we go to the overnight period, increasing clouds, and i think saturday will be fine early on in the day we won't see as much sunshine and it's this, the main part of disturbance coming overnight and into the day on sunday that could provide a better chance for these showers and at times we'll see the clearings, too. but not a wash out but little bit on the members of the juriy side compared to the last few days. 52, mostly cloudy overnight and then the day tomorrow go with a high temperature of about 76 and that will be cooler but more seasonal and see breaks of sunshine at times and then a chance for hit and miss showers tonight, too and tonight looks fantastic and seven day, we don't see dramatic cool offs at all, and after a bit of a cool down this weekend, we warm up into the upper # 0s and 80s looks like

5:30. >> there's word of a new approach to breast cancer treatment for women that might result in less extensive surgery. timothy johnson has to story. >> a new study of breast cancer patients have concerned that antiestrogen drugs given prior to surgery can shrink tumors. in some cases tumors can be treated with less extensive operations. 352 post menopausal women were studied. they all had type of tumors that are stimulated by estrogen. they suspected by cutting off the estrogen supply, they would get smaller and could be removed with breast conserving techniques. each woman was categorized by what type of surgery would be needed to remove the tumor.
