i-70, volume building towards the i-70 interchange. as we peek at drive times, slow on old court road but 95 northbound from route 100 to 95, 10 minutes. 11 minutes on 29 southbound from i-70 to route 32. on the southwest side from i-70 to 95 on the outer loop, seven minutes. frederick county, still seeing the intersection at route 75 and 26 closed in both directions because of a bad crash. a new accident at conowingo and hughes road. the accident on the scene in whiteford, route 165 and 136. outside of the beltway in randallstown, the injury accident eastbound liberty road and old court road. back to you. 64 degrees at 6:32. when your son dies and you don't know why you go to the end of the world to find out. what is thank -- that is happening now for a bel air mom and dad.

sherrie johnson with more. >> reporter: michael hogan has been missing several years and his family hopes a forensic scientist at towson university can help figure out what exactly happened to him. he lived at spring lake rampleg in vermont when he disappeared. it's a facility that is for recovery and therapeutic work. recently police told hogan's family that pieces of michael were found less than a mile from the ranch, a skull found in the woods by a hunter has been identified as michael hogan. now family members want to know what happened to him. with no evidence of homicide, vermont state police said the case was not suspicious and the crime lab was not involved but michael's father reached out to a forensic specialist at towson university to see if she could help. >> i think i can assemble a team of students that can come out and get real life field experience while enabling a fully gridded highly powered search to occur. >> we may never know but we

need to feel we did everything we could to -- to solve this mystery. >> reporter: the forensic specialist and her team spent two days looking at the remains and they hope to find an answer to the mysterious death. reporting live in towson, sherrie johnson, abc2 news. it may be another sign of the financial struggles for the duchess of york. sarah ferguson secretly videotaped apparently trying to sell access to her ebbs husband, prince andrew. the tabloid news of the world posted this. it shows her promising access to andrew in exchange, $700,000. a spokesperson confirms the recording is you authentic. she says sarah ferguson is devastated and regrets the embarrassment embarrass she's caused. >> i couldn't believe it.

like a dream. >> we're in south florida now. congregation held services outside after a fire gutted their church. this is cell phone video of the fire and parishioners were greeted by rubble when they got there yesterday to church. miami-dade fire rescue is investigating what happened. a disturbing story from louisville, kentucky. a young man lay in a pool of blood for hours on friday after being shot but police say no one called to alert them. the victim was 28-year-old dante travue. police have no suspects but say if they had been called sooner they may have been able to catch somebody at this point. a puppy ended up on the wrong side of the river in california. the owners of the 10-month-old black lab pepper say the dog got separated from the family during a hike in a canyon. his 16-year-old owner tried to save him but then had to be airlifted out by rescuers. volunteers climbed down the steep hill as the pup's owners

waited anxiously awaiting for pepper to get dangerously close to the rapids. when the rescuers reached in pepper gladly followed them out, tail wagoning. the family had a happy reunion with the dog at the top of the hill. jordan romero is now the youngest person ever to climb mount everest. just 19 years old. the california teen got to the top more than 29,000 feet up on saturday. his dad and dad's girlfriend went with him. and along with their three sherpas, jordan even took his homework with him on the trip. he's on the mission to climb the tallest mountains on every continent. he climbed kilimanjaro in africa when he was just 10 years old. glued to the tv for two and a half hours wondering how it would end. >> a marathon of tv watching. the "lost" phenomenon that ends.

left shoulder at this time. we have a road closure because of some down power lines in the street at sparks glencoe. more details on that in a few minutes. this morning a bel air family wants answers in the mysterious disappearance and death of their son. police say they have found the remains of michael hogan. three years after he disappeared from a recovery and therapeutic facility in shrewsbury, vermont. authorities in the meantime ruled out foul play. >> i just want answers. i want to know what the truth is, what happened to him. there's no cause of death, there's no manner of death. and how did he wind up where he wound up? >> we know michael is gone, that we know, closure to some degree but we still don't know what happened. >> michael's father reached out to a forensic specialist at towson university to see if she could help. she and her students spent two full days uncovering remains of what is believed to be michael

hogan's body. they hope to uncover enough to find answers about his mysterious death. 6:47. a bar owner is dead in dundalk and this morning his friends and police are still shocked. a memorial is growing where baltimore county police found lee martin suffering from nine gunshot wounds. martin lived on railway avenue in dundalk neex to the bar he owned. police say 2:30 a.m. the 40-year-old was found outside his home. witnesses reported a man had been shot in the head and they saw two men running from the scene. martin died at bayview medical center. those who knew him left to wonder why. >> i think -- he got along with everybody. >> neighbors tell us martin leaves behind a wife and two sons. police are still searching for two suspects. please join me in a moment of silence to honor these students and their families. >> the cheers at games, no

this proposal. saying it would put laurel park out of business. some pelicans are coated in the oil on the waters off the louisiana coastline. pelican eggs are glazed with rust-colored gunk and new hatchlings are also coated with crude. much of the gulf could end up looking the same way because of that well that continues to spew millions of gallons of oil. it's been going on now for more than a month. a mile-long tube operating for more than a week siphoned off more than a half million gallons in the past week but began sucking up oil at a slower rate over the weekend. face-to-face behind their backs over text messages, there are so many different ways that kids are being bullied in school now. maryland now is taking steps to make it stop. abc2 news linda so joins us live with how the maryland first lady is spreading a positive message today. >> reporter: students here at pikesville middle school will be starting the day a little different today. first lady katie o'malley will

be here to talk to students and teachers about the dangers of bullying. it's to kick off the state's bullying prevention and awareness week. the first lady will talk about the effects of bullying and how to prevent it. the principal here tells us they talked to students everyday about bullying, each morning they spend time in homeroom teaching kids it's never ok to bully or be bullied. teachers also play a big role looking for any sign of potential bullying. >> we are constantly bringing it up in school. teachers are constantly watching and are aware of situations that could lead to or may present themselves as bullying. >> reporter: again, first lady katie o'malley will be here at pikesville middle school at 8:00 this morning to drive home that message. live in pikesville, linda so, abc2 news. the show was great. i mean, we spent time watching it and dedicating an hour of our lives to watch it.

coast. with heavy rainfall, again, sitting off ashore and just nipping the carolina beaches but this is an area of low pressure that actually has the interest of the national hurricane center. that storm is a moderate chance of actually reaching tropical storm status with a 39 mile-per-hour sustained winds and name. first name on the 2010 list is alex. we'll see if that happens, this particular week. just a little earlier than the official start of the hurricane season in the atlantic which is june 1st. it does happen occasionally and doesn't mean what is going to happen for the rest of the season but we're expecting an active east coast tropical year. we'll see what happens with this storm as it tries to nudge towards the coastline. high pressure will try to slide out of new england to dry us out by the middle of the week and maybe prevent us from getting the influence of the storm. with showers continuing this afternoon and we'll keep the threat of fog and showers overnight through tomorrow morning. partly sunny tomorrow but still spotty showers again into the afternoon. there's that dry air trying to slip in here on wednesday. we'll see if that could suppress what happens off the coast but that is really going
