watching with baited breath hoping if that house when it collapses does not go near his home or his neighbors. the fire was huge and was reported ten minutes of a 4:00. it quickly went to a two-alarm fire and we are here in dundalk and the distillery, the old building is located near dundalk high school. there are a lot of people out here watching what is going on and kelly has been out here for most of the afternoon. kelly, if you want to describe to us, you actually saw apportion of this building collapse? >> yes, i was behind the building and i was taking pictures because i seen a couple of kids taking pictures so i wanted to get a good shot of it and when i came behind the building, when i took a picture of it, i saw the roof

and floor and everything else from the top caved in and when i was standing too close i had to back up far because the flames and everything would hit me. >> we know this was a five- story building and it started to collapse from the top down. >> yes from the roof down to the first floor, it went completely flat but there was wood sticking out from where the flames were and when the roof caved in it went to the first floor and the flames expanded and got really big. >> reporter: describe for us how many homes are near this building? >> you have mr. -- you have an elderly man, he is an older man and his restaurant is there and then you have the funeral directer where they cream mate people and i really don't know what that building is but i usually go to eat lunch there

our home page. homeowners spent this friday cleaning up after the torrential rain swept through the area. businesses are trying regroup after that devastating blow from mother nature. here is more on the cleanup. >> reporter: yesterday antoine and his crew were at war with mother nature. >> it was just fast. >> reporter: on the day after the battlefield is littered with casualties. >> we lost -- it was flooded it was bad. >> reporter: on thursday, businesses along the stretch of the highway were pounded with fast rising water. >> i would say five minutes and we was like -- that quick. >> reporter: the folks here scrambled in a desperate effort to save their businesses. >> before they flooded, they turned around and they were trying to open the door and we

pushing his mother. she said she hit her head on a wall. she said she feared for her life and he is now charged with second degree a salt. today the state of maryland began a crackdown on the talk behind the wheel, talking on the phone while driving is a secondary offense. they will have to pay up, $40 offense and $100 penalties for subsequent violations. maryland is in compliance with the sex offender notification act. it will make it harder for them to avoid registering if moving to another state or declaring themselves homeless. this time it is nasa workers who will have casualties. they are laying off 1200 workers many who have been there since 1980s. 1,400 workers were let go.

i'm frank kratovil and i approve this message. the real andy harris. buried in his website - a promise to replace the tax code with a 23% sales tax and eliminate the mortgage interest deduction. a bush tax panel said families would pay $6,000 more a year. a reagan tax advisor calls it a very dumb idea. but that's not his only bad idea. harris was the only senator to vote against expanding the child care tax credit and against the state's cancer treatment program. andy harris' extreme ideas will cost us.
