allegedly streamed a sexual encounter between clementi and another man. gay students say they understand clementi's pain. >> i lost 25 pound in the matter of two months because every morning before i went to school i would throw up because i was so afraid to be there. >> for being gay and latino. >> reporter: clementi was one of at least five gay teens to kill themselves in the u.s. in the last three weeks. including 13 #-year-old asher brown in texas. his school is rallying against bullying. >> trying to create awareness and make sure that kids and parents have resources that he know where to go if they are being bullied and need help. >> the price that was paid is one that should never be called upon. >> reporter: new jersey senator frank lauden -- lautenberg will introduce federal legislation requiring col togs adopt an antibullying code of conduct in tyler clement a honor. some question if it's enough. >> i don't know if legislation can necessarily come into kids rooms and stop them from doing

the criminal committed the crime. the woman accused of killing a pregnant woman froman arundel county and cut the baby from her womb plead guilty to murder charges. karenna roberts will serve life in prison without parole. in june of 2008, the body of 21-year-old heather ed. >> iley was found bludgeoned to death in roberts oregon home. she had moved to organize ob to be be with her fiancee, the imraib was due in a month. bolt -- the baby was due in a month. a jury award nearly $21 million to a woman in a lead paint case. she suffered suffered lead poison while living in a apartment owned and maintained by the housing authority. it was based on circumstantial evidence because the property had been demolished before it could be tested for led paint -- lead paint. our schools are making a lot of progress in keeping kids in class and getting them to college. dr. nancy -- the superintendent says the statewide graduation rate up is and dropout rate is down and news was just as good

a teenage girl is accused of plotting with her boyfriend to murder her family. ten days ago the family was in the living room when the glass in the sliding glass door was shattered by bullets. the family members dove to the floor and mother called 911. deputies respond to the home at burglary case they arrested 16-year-old. police found her cell phone with text messages between collins and kirchoff plotting the murder. >> certainly a bizarre occurrence and something you wouldn't expect to happen around around here. again i. can't understand why two young 16-year-old for any reason want to do this to anybody much less people they know. and certainly they have pretty much ruined their entire life because of these actions. >> reporter: authorities say kirchoff confessed to the plot

and both teens are charged way tempted first and second degree murder. they are in custody right now unable to post bail set at half a million dollars. in the studios, sherrie johnson, abc2 news. the plan to build the shopping center in baltimore city complete with a wal-mart and lowe's home improvement store got through a huge hurdle yesterday. the city council land use committee voted unanimously to approve the 25th street station project in recommendington. residents are concerned about traffic and many people in the maybe shooed support the plan. one council woman that represents the area says negotiation between the city wal-mart and the developer over the wages for future employees are still ongoing. >> get more for the workers and residents and we will continue to work on that. night done deal yet. >> business owners in the neighborhood that are close to remmington like camden are worried about new big box store and this it might drive them
