morning traffic is all good on the roadways. we are off to a very good and quiet start. on the roads, still light to moderate volume on the beltway. no delays around 695. this is the west side right- hand side of the screen is the outer loop. traffic moves well towards i-70 and further towards i-95. looking at the maps we don't have problems. no accidents at this time. no issues making your way through the tunnels fort mchenry and harbor checking in okay. now back to you. >> thanks, it's 6:00. we shouldn't have to look to the left or right or behind us when we throw out trash. and that's why the story is hard to report on. sherrie johnson has the story. >> reporter: she was performing an every day task of taking out the trash when it turned no a violent crime. on monday, a little after 7 p.m., a 23-year-old woman was taking her trash to the dumpster with she told police a man standing in the bushes followed her. it happened in the community in laurel in anne arundel county

implant being -- implanting unnecessary extents. it was paid over a ten-year period. the suit was brought on by three whistle-blower who is are cardiac surgeons in addition to 22 million, the hospital will repay money it got from federal health benefits over a 10-year period for medically unnecessary extents. procedures were performed by dr. mark mi dea. a dog owner in west baltimore is accused of shooting his dog but what police found when they arrive got him in more trouble. stanley coleman shot his bull mastiff. officers found the dog tell alive in a pile of trash underneath the porch suffering from a massive gunshot wound. they also found a mixed pit bull breed that looked like it had starved to death. >> there he was was third dog

baltimore maryland. >> reporter: richard is the principle at baltimore lab school and pride himself on helping students reach their full potential. the school is a division of the lab school of washington which was founded in 1967. this school educate more than 1 hundred be studentswith language disabilities and first through 12th grade. >> you want them to understand themselves and their learning disability. you want them secondly because most come in the self-esteem is damaged and you want them to feel good about themselves. >> reporter: the school prides itself on hands on learning. no textbooks. teachers want to create a sense of belonging and students will be enthusiastic about learning. >> small class sizes is very important for the students. also a sense of community. they feel like they have a very strong safety net here. so, they can get very comfortable and take risks and be ready to take risks which is very important for students and also to bring back the love of learning.

>> reporter: the school also has speech pathologist and psychologist on hand to help the students. >> we go into the classes and we also see students sometimes in small groups and we also will see some students one-on-one which is very beneficial to some kids to have that opportunity to work one-on-one. it depends on the kid. that's what the school is about individualized learning and which works best for each child. >> reporter: the baltimore lab school helps students to become an expert in any given area. 11th grade kers take advantage of an internship program allowing them to work in different jobs in the area. >> try to get stewed don't help develop their self-esteem because many of the students with learning disabilities are not always comfortable in the real world. but having this experience in high school and placed with someone that you know, is a good supervisor who understands their situation, these kids end up developing great self-esteem. >> reporter: five tips for

market. >> most of our analyst are perreceiving an extension of the bush tax cuts for possibly two years. it means things would stay status quo and corporations and individuals are waiting to see the results of the tax impacts will be because they certainly affect business decisions with the a cash on hand in corporations. they may be holding back in hiring or holding back in the number of ways before deploying the cash to advance the businesses and taxes can be a big part of it. >> you saw the headlines after the election. tim geithner's job may be in jeopardy. will that have an impact. >> the administration is changing. as you often see obama may move closer to the center and become more pro business from my standpoint look at economics in the market might be ben tigs. >> is the market building in for this month down the road or just waiting for the first time to wait and see what happens. >> markets are always ahead. when we saw the results pop in september, and beginning of september, that was predicting
