crimes, hoping to catch criminals. this week, baltimore county police need your help solving an armed robbery. police say this woman, robbed the bank in the 1300 block of merit boulevard back in october 22nd. she entered the bank around 3:00 p.m., pulled the gun on a teller and demanded cash. anyone with information, is asked to call crimestoppers. callers could be anonymous and could be eligible for a $2,000 reward. you could also read more by heading to abc 2 news,.com/crime checker. on this day, vice president biden, helped laid a wreath in the tomb of the unknowns. president obama is in asia, where he did meet with u.s. troops. veteran's day is celebrated in the anniversary of world war i. world war i ended on the 11th

after a disappointing outlook from kiss cisco rattled the market. the s&p 500 fell 5. and in tonight's consumer alert from sweaters to electronics, almost every shopper has made a return at one point or another. usually they are happy. a jump in fraud has pushed retailers to crack down on

their policies. return policies are part of basic customer service for any retailer and an understanding that some consumers purchased doesn't always work out. in an economy that's tough on consumers and stores, return fraud. returns of stolen or used merchandise. the national retail federation says that return fraud will cost stores almost $14 billion this year, up over 4 billion from 2009. during the holiday shopping season aileen, retailers expect to lose 3.7 billion on fraudulent return and an increase of 34% from last year. the big losses already forced many retailers to revamp return policies and about one in ten stores plans to tighten rules during the holiday season. to make your return smoother, always hold on to your receipts and read the fine print on the windows for returning items for a full refund.

what does it mean to help serve baltimore and maryland vets. >> we've been doing this for a few years now. it's our way to give back, for the veterans who give so much. it's -- it let's us -- little bit we can to make sure they at least have a good hot meal. invite them to our home. this is our home and we want to be part of our neighborhood. >> incredible here. we've seen all different wars represented. vietnam, korea. veterans who serve in peacetime. a couple of military veterans over here. these guys look like vietnam vets based on the ribbons. it's a great scene. >> and then we get, you know, the different eras here. i met a couple of world war ii vets earlier. we had some korean vets. a lot of active duty here for lunch. they definitely appreciate it. >> one last question for you. you've been going busy since what? 10:00 a.m.? how late have you been serving.
