an ongoing investigation. up to $5, 000, is up for grabs if you can help nab these men charged with robbing a jewel vie store. it was at the edward arthur jewelers. three girls are charged after authorities said they made bomb threats to five harford county schools. the girls, age 14 and 15 all attended bel air high. authorities did not find suspicious devices in the girls' custody. the girls have been released to their parents. traffic deaths are down according to the transportation department. the number of people killed has fallen to the lowest level in 60 years. that's despite the fact more mernls drove more miles, more seat belt use and better efforts to curb drunken driving are

his reelection bid for comptroller. he has spent time at the charleston retirement community. he will be 90 in november. ships and helicopters are searching the japanese coastline for bodies. more than 16,000 people are still missing after the disaster. officials have confirmed nearly 12,000 deaths. the people of japan are still coming to grips with the uncertainties that the deadly earthquake has created but it didn't stop one group of local high school students from coming here. the students were hosted by the mcdonough school. today they said their final good-byes. abc's tim rutherford was there. >> reporter: ask any personal exchange student and they will say the personal bonds of exchange students run deep.
