people who did this terrible thing. we have been looking for him for ten years. young kids understand justice. if you do something bad, there are consequences for that. and that you have to try to explain to kids that this is what justice looks like for this situation and that the people celebrating were some of the people who were terribly hurt by what happened. that this hurt is so painful that it's lasted for ten years. and that their celebration is -- it looks like a celebration from the outside, but it's really them being allowed to let this hurt out. and to some extent a lot of people in this country have been very fearful and very anxious for ten years. and this is actually an opportunity for a lot of people to let some of that fear out. and that, too, may look like celebration. and most -- even younger children, a 6-year-old will be able to understand the justice aspect. the relief of the fear and anxiety. and then the second most important thing to do is to let
5:50 pm
them ask questions. they will already know things. but they don't know -- what they don't know, they filled in with their own imagination and often fill it in with things that are wrong wrong and worse than reality. the best thing right now is for a child to have a mom or dad to ask questions. answer those questions clearly, fully, simply in words they understand. >> thank you so much for coming in. i was taking mental notes. we will have much more from dr. willie coming up tonight at 11 kurt coleman. it's almost a decade since the september 11 attack on the united states but it has never been far from any of our minds. the united states vowed to bring justice to the people responsible for all the devastation. >> i can hear you. the rest of the world hearse you and the people will not be let down. >> in the days following the
