the police found the bodies in and near his ohio home. he faces the death penalty if he's convicted. he's pleaded not guilty. a decorated florida police officer finds himself on the otherside of the law. he was named the boynton police officer of the year last year. now, he's accused of dealing drugs from 2009 to march of this year. he's been with the police department since 2006 and just last november, he performed cpr on a 2-year-old who nearly drowned. he could face life behind bars. two people were killed when a car crashed into a home in pennsylvania. the pictures were given to us by the fire company. the homeowner remembers hearing a loud boom when they realized their house was on fire, they grabbed up their three sons and they were able to save their dog. >> this is horrible.

chain of showers and storms down into eastern north carolina. they're getting a few more storms there tonight and storms are reaching into atlanta. tough lights in that direction with delays. upper midwest, slightly cooler and dry. we'll call this a cold front. very little in the way of cold air. likely, it will spark humorous shower -- numerous showers and storms. look for it around 1:00 tomorrow. this evening, scattered stuff and most is staying south. by tomorrow, could see the boundary, trigger showers and storms. we could use the rain, we're about 1 inch behind. that's here in maryland and the center part of the state. tomorrow, well, rather, tomorrow into friday, that's
