smashed this speed camera in front of padonia elementary and in may, someone prey painted -- spray painted the lens of one in dundalk. a speed camera vehicle was parked on 295 near the bwi exit was vandalized. a man walked out of the wood with a hammer and shot gun and hit the back of the window with the gun. the operator began to blee blow his horn. man then -- blow his horn. man came to the front and smashed the jeep with a hammer and ran back into the woods. it sparked a search in the area. police shut down 295 in both directions for hours but never found the man. the state began use the speed cameras in construction in school dons after -- zones after lawmakers voted to approve them in 2009. nancy jacobs voted against it because she believes it has nothing to do with safety but about raising money. she doesn't agree with people vandalizing the cameras, she says she understands it.

>> they shouldn't be doing this, but at the same time, we all understand the frustration because we all feel the frustration. >> reporter: again, police have not found the suspect involved in yesterday's attack. he is described as an older man in his 60s, maybe 65, with gray hair. but, again, police were searching for the man. they have not found him. live in padonia, linda so, abc2 news. >> thanks a lot. today casey anthony will be sentenced for lying to police. she was on trial for the death of her 2-year-old daughter in 2008 but was acquitted of the charges. anthony face up to four years in prison but could walk free. she served three years in jail awaiting trial. today for the first time we will hear from one of the jurors on the case. juror number 3 jennifer ford was the only one who said she didn't know anything about the casey anthony or the situation before the trial. now she is the first one to talk about that verdict. she said "everyone wonders why

we didn't speak to the media right away. it was because we were sick to our stomach to get that verdict. we were crying and not just the women. it was emotional and we weren't ready. we wanted to do it with integrity and not contribute to the sensationalism of the trial." she says she never said casey anthony was innocent only that there was not enough evidence to prove she committed the crime. >> the trial is sparking discussion and a movement online. caylee's law is chai -- is what it is called and has more than 173,000 signatures started by a oklahoma woman change.org that calls for a federal law that makes it a felony for any parent or care take not to notify authorities of the death of a child within one hour of become discovered. it would make it a felony if there's a disappearance of a child and it's not reported in 24 hours. now last night, you turned on your posh of -- porch lights for caylee and they are burning
