five years. since the attack the governor pledged great are protection for transgender people. abc2 news. it's 6:31. news around the nation orlando florida, police released video showing a officer pushing a woman to the ground. authorities say four officers had tried to get her under control and away from man she was trying to fight. that woman broke her tooth when the thing happened in february. and the officer will not face criminal charges that woman says she plans to sue. and an investigation is underway in boston after a baby is founded in a day care van. the 13-month-old child was left inside a hot van for a significant amount of time on monday. the driver is being questioned by police. and word this morning is all star slugger and retired big leaguer manny ramirez has been arrested in domestic dispute at a south florida home. the 39-year-old former red sox star is charged with battery. he retired in april rather than face a 100 game suspension for a second violation of major league baseball's drug policy.

good morning maryland." new details this morning about the bank of america restructuring plan. they say they will cut 30,000 jobs through 2014. the bank of america says the move is part of a plan to save 5 billion dollars and officials say they are expecting a significant portion of the jobs to go away through attrition or by eliminating unfilled spots. sprint will sell the iphone 5 when it comes out and the carrier is hoping to get a jump on the competition. print says they will offer unlimited data plans. right now iphone users don't get that offering through at&t or verizon. parents what age to you that i kid should have a cell phone? seems like the youngsters are wanting to get connected sooner and sooner these days. according to the national consumers league, there are a few things parents need to know before giving the tween the first cell phone. >> number one why does your kid

apartment. but her -- no other remains have been discovered. her former neighbor andclassmate has been charged with the murder. the search is expected to continue throughout the week. lieutenant governor brown will announce a initiative to try to reduce gang violence in schools. he will be at the benjamin stoddard middle school in he will be joined by the ce-o of united way of the national capital area which will launch a-year pilot program in two schools. the state grant from the governor's office of crime and control and prevention will help to fund the program. a woman is in critical condition after being shot around 10 last night in the 8700 block of hey shed lane. authorities are working to confirm the identity of the victim. also we are getting a better idea of how much money will be raised at the alcohol tax and what it is generating for the state. official estimate the state raised 6 million dollars in add revenue in july and 50% increase on sales tax on
