million customers with 20,000 atms. the big bank just announced it is adding the new fee which will cost customers $60 a year. the new fee is expected to generate billions in new profits for the bank and bank of america says it has to compensate for a federally mandated cap on processing keys for debit card transactions. many customers say at this point they are frustrated and will look to switch banks. >> i think things are hard enough right now, and banks seem to be not taking very much -- or very good care of the individuals, the little people. >> with the debit card usage, it is something we will see more of in the weeks and months ahead, because banks make less revenue every time the consumer swipes the car. >> sun trust has $5 and wels fargo has $3 in some states.

man. the fake officers reportedly got away. police are trying to connect the dots of another incident, a series of fire bombings. check out the map, it shows eight separate incidents and someone is throwing molotov cocktails into the windows of city homes. police believe the same person or group of people are hine the attacks but they can't find anything linking the victims. so far, no injuries reported but there has been an extensive amount of property damage. officers worry that molotov cocktails are have the potential to be very dangerous and anyone with information is asked to call the city police department. robbery suspects threatened police officer, the report of a baltimore man charged with assault and threatening police with a dirty syringe needle on kelly highway on friday. police confronted kelly marshal and that's when they say they stabbed himself with a syringe

and threatened to affect another officer with the disease. well, check this out. video of an ambulance on fire. the video was posted on the blog of the county's volunteer firefighter. it was shot wednesday in vladensburg. you can see the flames coming out of the ambulance before it exploded. you saw it right there. and today is the day we will learn about the graduating rates for students in our state, the results available at 10:00 this morning. and we have more from sharee johnson. >> reporter: all eyes right here on the state board of education office later this morning. they will are release the high school assessment results for graduation rates in 2011. now, this report also takes a look at the school and the system improvement. and their progress. in high school. and this past year, senior class, it was the third for which completing the hsa

requirements was actually necessary. in order to receive a maryland high school diploma. this newly-released data is important because it relates and takes a look at what is taking place on a national level in terms of education are reform. so a lot of eyes will be on this report. the state will release the report at 10:00 this morning. right here at their office. and baltimore city school ceo dr. andre felonzo will have a separate press conference at 11:00 a.m. just to talk about baltimore's city graduation rates specifically. so a lot going on. busy day in education today. reporting live in downtown baltimore, sharee johnson, abc 2 news. the baltimore police department, the fire department, they always fight for our good and they do it together. tonight, they're fighting against one another. the two organizations, see them duking it out in a ring for a great cause. we will have everything you need to know coming up. plus, ravens fans. you may want to think twice before this weekend. why one fan was kicked out of the game in ohio.

a former employee of the agency, safeguarding our nation's records including the declaration of independence and the constitution has now been charged with stealing from that agency for more than a decade. wesley charles who one once worked in the national archives and record administration for 40 years was charged tuesday. 955 records from his home were seized in october of 2010. the court documents suggest a plea deal in the works. and he was scheduled to appear in court on tuesday. time now for a check of the forecast. >> clear skies for most of us this morning at 4:40. and 65 in baltimore.

no problems to report between the beltways. we're doing okay on 32 itself. 95 at the fort mchenry tunnel. traffic is flowing freely, southbound traffic into the tum, in the left of the screen. 95 northbound before eastern, an accident reported in the right lane, and on the right shoulder. drivers should expect delays on the bay bridge this weekend due to the nascar races in dover. two-way traffic will be allowed on the westbound span to alleviate delays. the drivers should travel between offpeak hours, before 11:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. sunday. charley? >> firefighters and police officers always had a brotherhood type of rivalry but tonight in canton battling it out in the rain for a great cause. the city homicide detective robert ross put the whole thing together. amateur mixed martial arts match. 18 muchs total. all happening at the arena in canton. all proceeds from the event will go to the extreme cage wars

some of the lettuce is contaminated with listeria. experts say it may take several weeks to realize that you have eaten the contaminated food. and it so far it doesn't look like any of the lettuce shipped to maryland. it comes on the heels of the listeria scare with the cantaloupe in colorado. headlines arn the nation. the u.s. efforts to fight terror has take an new challenge. terror and drug running underwater. that's the primary mission of the technical dive time, a 10-member team formed a year ago and the mission is to recover evidence in water environments too polluted or contaminated for anyone else to get in and the team is brought in recently to recover 15,000 pounds of cocaine off the coast of honduras. football games are a place for yelling and cheering and one cleveland browns fan says that kind of behavior got him kicked out of the stadium. this guy has been a season ticket holder for 25 years and he stood up to root for his team sunday, he was asked to do so and he did. and he was standing up against
