out of a ground. they were caught after police reviewed footage. there are also charges pending against an adult in this case. baltimore county police are still looking for two men who robbed a store this morning in towson. witnesses tell police two armed men entered the store and demanded money and when a customer came in after he was shoved. they took the money and ran. if you have information call police. tomorrow will mark the one year mark since sterling palmer was murdered but police still need your help to catch his killer. he was found in his sell are by his wife, stabbed repeatedly. detectives still have no suspects so they are asking anyone who knows anything to call police at that number. well one person is dead after a two car crash this morning anne arundel county.

it happened on 258. firefighters found two people trapped inside the cars and were able to get them out. one man was pronounced dead at the scene. the other is at shock trauma with injuries. the cause of the crash is still under investigation tonight. parking enforcement offices in annapolis will soon have a new tool. they are getting new license plate reading technology that should make enforcing parking laws easier. for years people living downtown have complained that parking rules have not been enforced, the number of bars and restaurants with liquor licenses allowing them to stay open have increased and that has caused more parking issues. >> yes, we will be moving into the 21st century. more consistent and exact. >> city officials hope it will allow people living downtown to park near their homes again. parking enforcement officers should have them in the next two months. baltimore county public schools superintendent is

stepping down. he announced he will be leaving at the end of his contract next year. he has served as superintendent since 2000. his last day will be june 30th, 2012. former raven orlando brown was remembered today as hundreds of family members, friends and former teammates gathered to say goodbye. his son spoke at the service and both his jerseys were displayed. he will be buried in south carolina. officials from th emergency management agency announced the counties allowed to apply and they are not on the list. they saw some of the worst flooding there, especially on main street in the area. >> take a look at the temperatures out there today. we had temperatures up around 75 or so in many spots but now
