what is the week going to look like? charles in the storm center with the forecast. no pressure. all right, pressure right off of the top of the show. i have some good news into tomorrow. for now, radar not picking up with anything and we are nice and dry. temperature-wise now, upper 70s at the harbor, no complaints, check out 71 in annapolis and we have more 70s across the board. even through the evening, temperatures not bad. we'll fall into the 60s and a nice breeze and then as we go into tomorrow, checking out the forecast, nice temperature for a high coming in around 8 3 degrees, mostly sunny skies. we'll take that. in the news tonight, a man died after he was shot by police responding to a call.

the man shot his wife yesterday morning. according to police, he was out with the gun. suspect shot at the officer and the officer returned fire. the man's wife was shot in the neck. there's no word on her condition tonight. it's been one year since the shocking murder of an mta bus driver. a vigil was held. someone broke into the home, his wife had step out for a sandwich. she found him stabbed to death at the bottom of the staircase. it's now at about $4,000. baltimore county police have charged this woman with assault after she's accused of pouring bleach and pinesol with a woman.

they had a dispute, the victim's current victim has a child with jefferson. wal-mart was forced to evacuate for two hours, 19 people taken to the. 1 person is seriously hurt. occupy wall street protest took place over the country over the weekend in the 23rd day, the protesters beginning to reach pressure to comment. here's abc's diana. from chicago to charlotte to indianapolis, iowa, cleavland and buffalo, the list goes on. and in every city, the protesters are using the catch phrase they say explains who they are. >> we are the 99%.

>> reporter: they call themselves the 99%. everyone who is not super rich. the republican house leader called them something else. >> i for one am increasingly concerned about the growing mobs occupying wall street and the other cities across the country. >> reporter: the house minority leader shot back. >> reporter: i didn't hear him say anything when the tea party was out in the capital. >> the protesters continue to voice their demands, shaping their message. >> fight corporate greed and not look at it with anger. >> stay involved in people's health. >> i'm representing all 1600 of us. >> marching because my union hall is shut down. >> reporter: is this the left wing response to the tea party? they're already taking sides.

morals. >> reporter: it stopped only when her attorney complain. she was also harassed by female inmate. >> they didn't go to the limit, gradually she learned how to anyone off unwanted advances from female prisoners. >> reporter: she tried to fill her time behind bars, exercising, cooking, learning italian and keeping a journal. they have not discussed the full details of her prison life. >> one simple focus, that was to bring her home and ensure she was safe and feels safe and we will deal with any other issues that we have to deal with later. >> reporter: we're learning what went on inside the jury room. one breaking his silence, saying he tried to read the faces of knox, i saw the faces

powerful radar and it's looking dry. we'll stay that way through the rest of the evening. the highs today came in at 85 degrees at the inner harbor. annapolis around 75 degrees. these temperatures are above average and well above average into the 80s and we'll do it again for tomorrow. so as we go to the neighborhood forecast, tomorrow mostly sunny skies, temperatures around 83 degrees. here's the big picture, i'm sure you have a big view of the satellite, we have a lot going on. in the middle of the nation, you can see around the southern plains, texas and oklahoma getting some much-needed rain and looking into florida. there's a low developing now and what that is doing, that's pushing in some of the high clouds and you can see it in the closer view of the satellite and as we go through the next few days, that's when we see more rain moving into

the picture from the low developing. high pressure still dominating our weather and we will be warm tomorrow and dry tomorrow as well. nothing going on in the tropics but as long as it is an active hurricane season, until november 30th, i'll update you. things are dry, nothing happening into the tropics and that what we like to see. we can see we will remain dry through the rest of the evening and into tomorrow. tuesday look what happens, we can see the moisture moving in from florida. we go through the overnight, temperatures around 51 degrees, we see moon-lit skies and it's going to be cool and dry. the temperature is a little bit above average and this won't be any complaints. temperatures around 83 degrees, more sunshine in the forecast and we will be warm and then by tomorrow night, the temperature

coming in around 56 degrees, we have a few clouds, not as cool, once again, when you have clouds at night, they about as a blanket. here's a check of the seven-day forecast, like i say, we had a good stretch. one more day of it before the wet weather moves in and tuesday, i'm going the say that we'll be dry but going into the afternoon and evening, that's went i start to see rain moving in. wednesday looks like it will be wet and the temperature will react coming in around 69, thursday and friday, maybe a couple of showers and then by next weekend, looks like we dry out and it will be cool. so the clouds keeping us warmer in the nighttime. once the sun goes down, it's chilly. >> exactly. when you have the clear sky, everything can cool off and then when you have the clouds, keeping you warm. you can't get that cooling down. >> i learned something.

%c1 . is this something you don't see every day, a dolphin hanging ten with surfers at a california beach. our reporter jim grant captured these cool images. >> a moose in your swimming pool. it came as a shock to the homeowner in new hampshire. the moose was swimming in the pool. officials pulled the animal out out of the water. it's breeding season apparently it's common to see them wondering into unfamiliar places. it doesn't seem freaked out at all. weather-wise, another gorgeous day. temperatures around 83 degrees tomorrow. plenty of sunshine in the forecast and the wet weather moving in through wednesday and temperatures will sort of be like a roller coaster.
