clerks, the other man in the black jumps over the counter. those guys take cover but they have nowhere to go. guy in the red hat jumps over the counter. the clerk grabs a gun from underneath the counter and in a second he will take two shots at the man in the white. the guy in the red hat doesn't realize that's the clerk, he thinks it's his buddy in the white shirt. he takes a chance, peeks around the corner, shoots twice and the guy takes off. the man in the red hat was shot twice in the arm, took off down the street, was caught relatively quickly by police. that man's name is hailds robertson. police caught up with him quickly. the other assailant is still on the loose. this happened in houston, texas. >> the other assailant, he left his fingerprints all over everything, so i think they'll track him down pretty quickly. >> the clerk was injured, took a bullet to the leg. he's going to be okay. so will harold robertson, the guy in the red hat. he's going to be okay from his gunshot wound. >> they never have much cash on hand. i don't get why.

why? >> great question. i don't know that we're ever going to have the answer to that. i have a warning for parents out there. teens have a new partying trend. >> okay. what you're going to need is some vodka, of course, you also need gummy bears, of course. and a glass cup. has to be glass. if it's plastic it will not work. >> we found this video at wtop in washington, d.c. this is an instructional video teaching teens how to make these new liquor soaked gummy bears. you take a handful of gummy bears, put them in a glass, pour as much vodka as you want in the gummy bears and you let that soak for several hours or several days until the gummy bears have soaked up all of the liquid. >> how is this different from other methods of drinking? i'm not that concerned about it. >> these trends come and go. how many of them are actually going to do this. i don't know. >> they're saying young people.
