clerks, the other man in the black jumps over the counter. those guys take cover but they have nowhere to go. guy in the red hat jumps over the counter. the clerk grabs a gun from underneath the counter and in a second he will take two shots at the man in the white. the guy in the red hat doesn't realize that's the clerk, he thinks it's his buddy in the white shirt. he takes a chance, peeks around the corner, shoots twice and the guy takes off. the man in the red hat was shot twice in the arm, took off down the street, was caught relatively quickly by police. that man's name is hailds robertson. police caught up with him quickly. the other assailant is still on the loose. this happened in houston, texas. >> the other assailant, he left his fingerprints all over everything, so i think they'll track him down pretty quickly. >> the clerk was injured, took a bullet to the leg. he's going to be okay. so will harold robertson, the guy in the red hat. he's going to be okay from his gunshot wound. >> they never have much cash on hand. i don't get why.
