why? they got tear gassed inside. because there was a riot, officers threw tear gas through the windows and the inmates come piling out. some of them have their shirts off wrapped around their mouths, some of them have the t-shirts around their eyes. inside, this he don't know how the riot happened. inmates had weapons and they had portions of the jail sort of barricaded and cornered off. so things were getting really out of control. >> there's a lot of gang activity in prisons. just like you said, rival factions. of course they want to claim their turf. >> on the outside, search lvera enforcement agencies were called to the scene. you can see them handcuffing the guys. it's weird to me that they're handcuffing the guys already in jail. they've got to keep them under control. they're bad guys, in prison, causing a ruckus in prison. >> you think we've got them on lockdown. >> and those things still happen inside the walls. >> that's why they had to do the

from your local competition to worlds and she got first place this year! when maddy was a puppy, she was abandoned with the rest of her litter in a central oregon motel and the central oregon humane society found the litter, took it in. maddy had a pretty bad staph infection, so they amputated the leg. but after that, maddy was happy as a clam. you can't even tell by her gait that she has three legs. usually you see a little bit of a limp. you can see once she slows down a little bit. but as she's running? troy is the one in the video who you see throwing the disc. "right this minute," we have troy on skype to tell us all about how he got maddy to be that good. >> she's got that special something for this event. that most dogs don't have. you know, we have another dog who is a four-legged dog, an australian shepherd, who are known for catching the frisbee.

he will never be as good as she is. >> maddy is the only three-legged dog in the whole sky hound competition circuit. they had to amend the bylaws of the competition. >> what it had always said was that the dog must come down with all four feet inbounds. well obviously when you have, a three-legged dog, that's kind of impossible. they amended that during the world championships, so just say that the dog must come down with all paws in the playing field. >> so she changed the whole game. that's awesome. >> just going out for the event, and sharing her story, that's what really brings us the most joy. >> one of our frequent contributors, has released the best video we've seen. it's by jeremy hopping around the desert rocks. we're going to leave you with this one. that's our show for today, we'll see you tomorrow, everybody, have a good one. ♪
