[ bleep ]. >> he didn't mean to do it. >> yes, he did. >> according to reports and depositions released by the state's attorney's office, the 14-year-old did have an emotional issues and was a disciplinary problem. in fact branch had filed a complaint with her immediate supervisor prior to this incident. >> oh, she bit him, wow. she basically had enough of his whatever he was doing. after he tossed the kid, the other kid's foot hit her. she was like, that's it. unfortunately she shouldn't have done that. i think that was a fed-up moment. >> hattie branch was arrested on june 8 and released on $10,000 bail. but now she does face child abuse charges, because these videos have been released and people see what went on. and here's what her lawyer said. >> her behavior was not appropriate. that's not how you discipline a child. but in defense and in fear, you kind of do things that you normally wouldn't do.

>> unfortunately, what she did was a little too aggressive. >> she's an older woman, probably just trying to stay busy and make a few extra bucks at the same time. a kid pushed her and pushed her and pushed her and she snapped. what she did was wrong. what she did was criminal. but i almost feel bad for her. >> he didn't mean to do it. >> yes, he did. the mexican beach resort of manzanito was hit by an early-morning hurricane before dawn. i have a video sent in by a resident of the town and this is what he was able to capture. [ speaking spanish ] >> you can see the water completely take over the beach. but if you notice, it's completely brown. this hurricane hit the pacific side of mexico. in this particular instance, he catches a guy on a motorcycle trying to drive through the

why? they got tear gassed inside. because there was a riot, officers threw tear gas through the windows and the inmates come piling out. some of them have their shirts off wrapped around their mouths, some of them have the t-shirts around their eyes. inside, this he don't know how the riot happened. inmates had weapons and they had portions of the jail sort of barricaded and cornered off. so things were getting really out of control. >> there's a lot of gang activity in prisons. just like you said, rival factions. of course they want to claim their turf. >> on the outside, search lvera enforcement agencies were called to the scene. you can see them handcuffing the guys. it's weird to me that they're handcuffing the guys already in jail. they've got to keep them under control. they're bad guys, in prison, causing a ruckus in prison. >> you think we've got them on lockdown. >> and those things still happen inside the walls. >> that's why they had to do the

tear gas. >> no staff were hurt in the incident. 20 inmates were injured. five injure sod bad they had to be heliported out of the correctional facility to the hospital. >> i would imagine you're going to see a lot of solitary confinement for the guys involved in this. this is a fashion and political story all rolled into one. we found this at the "star-tribune." the picture of the woman you're looking at is 24-year-old sasha houston brown. and she walked into an urban outfitters in minneapolis, minnesota over the weekend and found herself incredibly offended by urban outfitters' new navajo line. they carry things from navajo panties, to things like dream catchers. everything has navajo in front of it. this woman is an american indian and found this incredibly offensive. that they were using the navajo word to describe all of these items that were not made by navajo indians. >> is her problem because they

are inaccurate navajo prints and they used the word "navajo." ? >> the problem is the use of the term "navajo" to describe something that is not made by american indians. she sent a letter to urban outfitters. in the letter, she states why this kind of apparel is illegal. and she cite as law. there's the indian arts and crafts act of 1990, that prohibits selling products through marketing that falsely suggest that they were made by american indians. >> i think a lot of people would walk in and say, those shoes are really cool-looking, i lke the pattern ontnd i'm goin tluron, public relations for urban outfitters said they have no current plans to modify or discontinue the line. >> you can see her argument, i can see both sides. but i also think that the average shopper at urban outfitters doesn't walk in there and think that these were made by navajo indians. >> in fact american outfitters

from your local competition to worlds and she got first place this year! when maddy was a puppy, she was abandoned with the rest of her litter in a central oregon motel and the central oregon humane society found the litter, took it in. maddy had a pretty bad staph infection, so they amputated the leg. but after that, maddy was happy as a clam. you can't even tell by her gait that she has three legs. usually you see a little bit of a limp. you can see once she slows down a little bit. but as she's running? troy is the one in the video who you see throwing the disc.
