customer cell phone video from the mcdonald's in the greenwich village area, late last week around 12:30 a.m. thursday morning. now what we see here is an argument, there's two female customers arguing with the cashier. apparently he wanted to scan a $50 bill to make sure it was legit. the customers took some offense to that. one of the females slaps the cashier. from there, this really honestly all hell breaks loose. they jump over the counter. you see the cashier sneak to the back. he returns with a and starts beating the two women. >> stop, stop, stop it! oh, my god! no, no, no! >> one of the things that gets me the most about the video is the sound of the metal rod hitting these women. >> one of them suffered a fractured skull. one of them suffered a broken

arm. what's even crazier, the cashier has been identified as rayon macintosh who previously served ten years for manslaughter. he shot and killed somebody. in addition to him being charged with felony assault and criminal possession of the weapon, the two females were charged with menacing, trespassing and disorderly conduct. >> i'm not surprised, because they jumped over the counter and basically assaulted them. but they probably had no clue that that man had a criminal past like that. >> immediately i would have thought, okay, self-defense, make he goes back to protect himself from two women attacking them. but he continues to haul off on them when he's really swinging his hardest. there's other employees of mcdonald's who were there trying to restrain him, trying to hold him back. right there in the video, those couple of mcdonald's employees, they kind of jump back and they don't even know what to do. >> stop, stop! this new video has just been released, after a police jays in

january of this year. georgia police officer jason pagliero was ambushed. he's chasing that white monte carlo in front of him that is stolen. he passes the red car. that pop and glass shattering you hear was from a bullet that just hit his back window from the red car he just drove around. >> he just fired and shot my car. >> forget about the guy in the white stolen car. he goes to pull over and the red car is still behind him. >> still firing? >> shots fired, shots fired! >> three shots, five shots, he is shooting at me. >> the red car chases officer pagliero and unleashes eight more rounds in the back of his car. >> still behind me, still firing. >> all kinds of police officers have now joined the chase. >> now they're chasing the red car that was shooting at the officer. >> yes.

courtesy of the small world news service. this little guy is 3-year-old alfie who was dropped off for his first day of primary school. it happened in surrey, england. mom drops him off. she heads back home to go about her day. two hours later, little 3-year-old alfie knocks on mom's door. he scaled a three-foot wall, walks through a playground, past six classrooms and across an busy intersection to get home. she had dropped him off at nol mead prime school because it was close by the house. she was disappointed in their lack of security and has since picked another school that has tighter security measures. >> or higher walls? >> yes. hey dad, didn't you do that? >> yeah, actually i did. actually when i was four years old i was supposed to lay down and take a nap.

when she went back to get a little shot of juice and a finger cookie. i got up and high-tailed it out and waited for my mom to get home from work. yes, i dropped out of preschool. >> i can't wait to see what this kid grows up to be. recent flooding in thailand have affected 54 of the country's 76 provinces and it sparked an interesting humanitarian rescue effort. asian elephants are endangered in thailand because of deforestation and so they have a breeding program and they're pretty successful. the problem is, that the flooding has affected it. these elephants are at the royal elephant crawl at attahaya, about 47 miles away from bangkok. these elephants are on this bridge and they can't get down. there are 15 elephants there, seven moms with their babies, they don't think the babies want to get in the water and swim around. so all the people are banding together to bring the elephants

i've got a sweet new action sport i just found out about. i don't know if you've heard of it, but it's pretty cool. it's the purpose of the game to fall and bust your heinie? >> no, it's called slacklining or in this case, tricklining. they're doing a bunch of tricks on this rope. slacklining is technically defined by a rope between two things. sometimes it's high things like mountains or trees. sometimes it's this.

this is a tricklining competition in austria. and it is called the freak wave world cup and it's sponsored by one of the makers of slacklines. and they put out this video recently and i was amazed. >> that's really awesome. do we know how long this sport has been around? >> i did a little research and it looks like tricklining was derived from slacklining. it's only been around for a couple of years and is just starting to become a little more mainstream with these kinds of competitions. >> i don't know how they accomplish this, look at this guy. how do you balance like that in how do you do tricks and come down one-armed? i'd like to be able to do this. of all the sports that i've seen that i'm like -- how do they do that? this i'd really like to be able
