police and file a report and then seek a restraining order from the courts keeping you away from the abuser and other shelters where you can go and keep yourself and your family safe. county police have dedicated a hotline to help those dealing domestic violence and for information on safe shelters and other resources, call 24 hours a day. >> this story will hit home with so many people using smart phones a lot of people have replaced the camera or video recorder but with the technology comes new risks as one family using a popular picture app found out the hard way. >> reporter: you will hear this and say i do that at home. the miller family up loaded nearly a thousand pictures using an i-phone app called photograph bucket. after that they learned their pictures, specifically the ones of their two sons both under the age of 12 were stolen.

. the week's new unemployment claims numberses were released showing little change from last week. the labor department report that about 403,000 people filed for their first week of unemployment. slightly lower than the week. . it hasn't changed much in the last six months with the unemployment rating holding steady at 9.1%. since december. citi group, the bank accused of betting against the security has agreed to pay up. they will have to pay $285 million to settle fraud charges from the securities and exchanges commission.
