passports. he faces up to 15 years in prison and could be deported if convicted. police in alabama have made an arrest in the connection of a death a teen. larry horton was arrested. police say he is charged with murders in the death of ryan jackson who was hit with a hatchet several times. one week after we warned you about a -- the we are repeating our call of a warning to be on alert for paving scans. the office of consumer affairs is hearing people that paid thousands for an unlicensed contractor. we told you about two people who learned the hard way after dealing the paver. he is a accused of operating without a license and one of those men was billed $19,000 for paving even though he said

averages in the area, couple of weeks ago it stated we will have above average snow fall letting up in february. now the old farmer's almanac gives the same thing it. the coldest times expected to be mid-december and february. the president honored a special frederick county woman for her work with the military. her name is michelle brewer of jefferson. she received this year's citizen's medal. the second highest civilian honor. the award was established more than 40 years ago and recognizes americans who serve their country or fellow citizens in great great ways and she founded soldiers list, this is a program that sends care packages to troops overseas and it also supports high risk service members and their families. >> the work that i do i don't do for recognition, i do it because there is a deep need

johnny was taken care of. >> as early as four years ago she took my older son aside and said if this cancer takes my life you have to move in with your father. she was looking at me -- looking to take care of me four years ago. >> reporter: he worked with his wife, played alongside her for every chemo visit and doctor's visit. he has the talent of talking to his. >> to many times, people live in the future, live in the now because you never know in the next day or the next week if that person is still going to be there. >> just between us, how much did you love her? >> i told her at the casket i said i love you, i will always love you. it was a -- the best 33 years of my life.
