a family member found sharon montgomery unconscious. police said she suffered head trauma. there's no information on a suspect or a motive. anyone with information is asked to call police. a strong odor forced a northeast baltimore school to evacuate. it happened at the baltimore rising star academy. investigators tell us some students were taken to johns hopkins for evaluation. >> winter is just around the corner. if you get your gas and electric from bge, you might have a saving. the company announced the price was down two cents per thermal unit. that should translate into a 5% savings and said folks with electric heat should be able to

quiet in late october, which is an active weather pat trp time, you kind of know something at some point will preak free. we think that will happen tomorrow nit and things stay unsettled into the first part of the week. lock at these clouds beginning to develop. this is the early, early stages of the storm system just beginning to get its act together. for now high pressure. that will hold up through at least midday early afternoon tomorrow. as we check the trend, there are some changes as we develop things into tomorrow afternoon, a chance for a couple of showers. clouds roll in and we get waves of potential rain on thursday and cold air will begin to work its way in. we'll see how the hold thing develops thursday into friday, but right now early indications that points north of maryland could get snow like northern

they've been occupying baltimore for weeks. now they've been told to get out. a national -- what authorities are now warning alum ni to do. less in oakland, california, have -- police in oakland, california have been busy arresting protesters. they removed tents, makeshift shelters. nearby businesses were asked to come in late to allow the

officers to complete the removal. baltimore city is not willing to allow the occupy protesters to stay in the square. >> reporter: the 99% have been give an deadline to move out of their protest area by tomorrow. the city parks and rec's department refused the group's request for a permit. it will only allow two people at a time to stay overnight for now on but the protesters are not satisfied. they took advantage of their time making it clear why they're here in the first place. >> there are so many people out there who are hurting, so many people and, you know, people who are fortunate to have a job, they are a paycheck away from not having a job.
