killedon plaza is not to be used. and setting up at tent city is prohibited. that statement seemed to fall on deaf ears as the movement continues to move the plaza as the home base during the day and night. city parks and wrecks floated the idea of scaling the protest 1/10 overnight. and option protesters say is not good enough. >> completely against the nature of what the occupied protesters meant to be. if you look at the other cities are doing, they are making accommodations. i don't see why they are making such strict demands. >> there has been a lot more to the midnight deadline. the mayor's office says that was never set. and resolving the issue is at the discretion of the mayor and so far tonight, there's been no details as to what the city ultimately plans to do. abc 2 news. a criminal conviction for a

heavier shower toward the northern part of the dc beltway. for most of us, things are getting dryer. what a contrast in temperatures. we have 30s in western maryland. 60s in the baltimore. and big contrast. the cold air will continue to funnel and really change how it feels outside by the time you wake up in the morning. i promise you that. right there, there's a frost advisory for western maryland. take a look. winchester 35. things getting breezy. cold air dies in. showers will be on and off the rest are of the evening. most of the heavier rain in pennsylvania. with a little bit of wintery weather breaking in northwestern pennsylvania in the pittsburgh area. i'll hate to say, we can see a wintery mix, little bit of snow mixing with some rain. as we go through saturday. saturday, that will be about it. very active across these. two different areas of low pressure will continue to look

for colder air to funnel in the north and west. the bottom line, we'll stay cloudy. tomorrow, we'll get some brief clearing. it will look better and improve. as we look in the south and west, the coastal storms will come up. through the day on saturday, chances of rain and it's so much chilly air. i think we will see rain mixed with snow at times before the whole thing blows saturday evening. keeping an eye on now tropical storm rena impacting cancun in the mexican coast. thank goodness it's weaken some hurricane status. windy, colder, frost, north and west of the city. and as we look on friday, guaranteed 52. and friday night, we'll look for rain showers, with the next storm beginning to make its move. in the seven-day forecast, the outlook showing cooler day, a colder day saturday. and, again, we can see a brief wintery mix with the rain. it's going to be an ugly day

in tonight's health alert, a study shows, taking oral contraceptives in an extended period of time could reduce the risk of ovarian cancer. researchers studied more than 300,000 women. those in there for ten more years were less likely to get owe var can cancer compared to those taking the pill a year or less. the higher risk of breast cancer. if 100,000 women use oral
