saturday. anyway, we have another ban of rain sneaking through the city. that will clear out very quickly. it's very light drizzle. and more significant line of light rain pushing in and out of the west. bottom line, things will stay damp. roads will stay slick for the rest of the evening commute. cold air marching in 40s. the chill. set to arrive later tonight and as the breezes stay fairly stout out there. look for scattered showers. temperatures falling quickly through the 60s, into the 50s and 40s. we've got much more on a big chill and another storm. it's all coming up. >> how are, are things, wyatt? >> what's next for the local locks smith convicting of putting someone's name on a credit card slip much his name is joe horton. for michelle, justice comes two years after a run arein with a pasadena locks smith reno wells. in february 2010, she needed help from joe thornton and his company around the clock locks smith. fast forward and she's testifying to convict him based on what happened. >> was traumatic. a traumatic experience you could remember a lot. >> she called horton to unlock her car and he quoted her 250. later bumped the price up to more than a thousand, inflating thousands, what we've heard about from dozens of horton clients in cases fought by the attorney's general office. rolls refused to pay and claimed he forged her signature on a credit card slip. >> can't take someone's credit card and charge whatever you feel like. a dispute arises and then send a receipt with a signature on it. >> prosecutors agreed and filed criminal charges in the

districts court. after hearing from rolls and horton, the judge found locks smith dpilty of theft -- guilty and identity theft. horton's legal troubles won't end this week. he's got the attorney general to deal with. their office won a civil case against him and the nearly 400,000 judgment. he hasn't paid a dime and now they have to go to court to force joe horton to pay. in glen bernie, josephsterman, "abc news." >> and taking a look at tonight's top story. route one, still shut down. the cleanup continues. and diesel overturn, sending thousands and gallons of fuel. and they suggestion on the

people who are middle class and losing their jobs and several need to keep their homes are simply falling behind. are, are not being able to feed their families. >> filling the boxes with some of the essentials of a holiday meal like green beans and macaroni. >> and at the end of the day, i know i felt some -- even though i didn't get them. >> i'm here and actually passed the boxes for the hunger. equally important to know, you're doing something in your home state in order to be able to feed the people that don't have enough money. and the economic times, it's very difficult for people. >> we don't think about food as just a way to combat hunger. food is a catalyst will. food is a reason to celebrate. food brings people together. >> together, just as the volunteers came together to help provide for those hungry

a driver in ohio took police to one of the craziest rides of their lives. 28-year-old aaron holds worth started driving 110 miles an hour. when officers tried to pull her over, and take a look at the video. wow. case was finally stopped when officers punctured their tires. and out the car and complied.

in tonight's health alert, breast cancer awareness month is coming to close. and it's all because of the new techniques in fighting the disease. it's happening in baltimore in john hopkins hospital. cancer fighting medicine right to the tumors. producing the need for some radical treatment. as dr. richard besser reports, and he has initial result ares of the testing. >> the idea is simple. attack the cancer in the breast with the direct hit. that's what the researchers at john hopkins university along with breast cancer specialists are trying to do. could they pump medicine to the tumor and avoid removing to the breast. >> right now, the treatment is surgery, trying to cut it out, pretty blindly. then radiation and then hormone treatments.

if this kind of treatment could really work, we could eliminate the need to have a mastectomy and really squirt the treatment down the ducks like drano and clean them out. >> 40,000 women a year could use the treatment. the ducks are, are where most breast cancers begin. doctors will take a thin cath catheter and creating it to the woman's duck and let's them deliver medicines directly to the tumor cells. >> gets people a way of eliminating breast cancer without the side effects. >> susanna wilkes is part of the study, testing if the delivery system would be safe. she had stage two breast cancer and knew she had a double mastectomy. before her surgery, she volunteered. >> i wanted to do whatever i could to be helpful for people who came after me. >> the results are, are encouraging. it showed no major side effects in people like susanna. it worked to knock out the cancer in animals. >> the change in treatment is not that far away. in the next five to 10 years,

new study from the federal research bank of new york found that couples actually know less about their debt than the single counterparts. a lot of people surveyed, half had credit card debt. reality, about 75% of the people do. people who live together, generally were about 30% off their stimmation and how much debt they had for singles. only about 20% . and if you're one of the lucky few who knows exactly how much debt you have, how about adding to it. and the annual, catalog. and this year, they're going to be taking visa and mastercard for the first time. american express and neiman marcus credit card. they are making the move to grab a younger customer database. >> it's not good. >> if you're in the job market, and some jobs are even frightening for the people who
