to report. there is one car moving northbound, we are doing okay. elsewhere on your roads, big changes today and they begin with your wallet. the toll hikes we have been telling you about start today. linda so is at fort mc henry, if you drive to the roofs, have extra change. how much more will it cost us? >> reporter: to get through the toll, you will need $1 more. the hikes took affect at 12:01. instead of $2 it's now going to be $3. up by a $1 at harbor tunnel. this is the first wave of toll increases approved by the maryland transportation authority in september. another round will come in two years in 2013 when tolls will go up again. the extra money generate willed go to repair the aging roads, bridges and tunnels. for drivers already paying more

question about the purple line, proposed purple line will be coming up for you here on line. here in baltimore the circulator will debut the green bus line. out for one of the stops, we will join sherrie johnson, live at johns hopkins with the latest. this opens at 6:30 this morning. >> reporter: that's right. we are here in this 600 block of broadway, johns hopkins hospital in east baltimore. this is one of the locations for the new charm city circulators green route. this is one of the stops it will make, the mayor, stephanie rawlings blake and business leaders and others will launch the green route. service at 6:30, and the green route runs from city hall to fells point to johns hopkins, service is every 15 minutes and the mayor plans to call on congress to rebuild the jobsability. $50billion in funding for transportation projects around the country. it would help road, rail and

airport transportation projects, plus an additional $10 billion for an infrastructure bank. today's event kicks off at 10:30 this morning, it will take place at the intersection of ashland and rutland avenues. sherrie johnson, abc2 news. a officer assigned to protect stephanie rawlings blake maybe sore following a crash. it happened at the gillford avenue exit around 8:30, the officer was returning to city hall when a vehicle hit his suv. drivers expected to be fined and the mayor was not in the vehicle. update on a string of robberies in perry hall. neighborhood association said police made arrests in the three robberies that occurred in three days. we are awaiting for word to verify or deny what the neighbors are saying. the meeting with perry hall residents and police is scheduled for november 10th at the library. the mount washington tavern

back saying he sexually harassed two women in the 1990s. >> while at the restaurant association i was accused of sexual harass ltment, falsely accused, i was falsely accused of sexual harassment and when the charges were brought, as the leader of the organization, i recused myself and allowed my general council and my human resource officer to deal with the situation. it was concluded after a thorough investigation that it had no basis. >> mr. cain spoke at a press club and the accusations stem from a report that two female employees complained of inappropriate behavior. the women left the organization after receiving five figure deals and when asked both cain and chief of staff said they weren't aware of the deals.

had would charge customers $5 monthly fees and other mini big banks followed. after a backlash and protests, they decided to do away with the fees. sun trust announced it has a limit of $5 fee, scheduled to take place on november 2nd. customers already paying the fee will be reimbursed. wells fargo canceled plans to test fees and five stays, which wanted to test the fee, bank of america hasn't decided if it will change the plans to charge the fee. switch to a smaller bank or credit union as they continue to charge that fee. >> i'm looking for a new bank. that's great. i'm glad they decided to do away with them. >> many big banks were charging

the fee because of a new regulation that slashed fee financial institutions and charging retailers. they were trying to make the money back but didn't work. >> we've got bank of america, i'm a bank of america customer and gave me pause to think about going somewhere else. that's common. >> a lot of the smaller banks at credit unions and smaller banks were banking on customers to come in and give them new business as a result of this. bank of america hasn't announced yet if they will take back the fees. we will wait and see what happens. >> at some point, bank of america is going to have to come forward and say d woops. we want to know what you think about the bank fees and the transfer day, head to our facebook fan page, join the conversation. is it something where you are

out of south korea say a soldier has been sentenced to ten years in prison for raping a 10-year-old girl. he was convicted of sexually assaulting her several times. the verdict is the longest prison term for a soldier stationed in south korea for 20 years. russian spys, are they living and working out in the suburbs of the u.s.? documents and photos claim to show members passing instruction and cash. it was released to the press in response to a request. the investigation was code named ghost stories. release of the documents on halloween appears to be a coincidence. police arrested a man in connection with a murder of a flight attendant. prosecutors charged jose ramierez with beating nick aaronton andstringelling him with a belt.
