projects. this is a project called the ocean of blood and it was cre e created by a brooklyn based creative group called swimming cities. the ocean of blood refers to the hindu goddess cali depicted as an ocean from which the world was conceived. what they do is create different floating boats, if you will, and they travel down different waterways with the sole goal to inspire people. to be creative and maybe change their life one way or another. they'll stop at different communities, interact with people, learn about their customs and communities as they build their boat as they go by things that are given to them, they pick up along the way. the latest is on the river in india. this is the image of what the boat looks like. >> it's not a streamlined air row dynic design. each one ofth

>> poker is the really hot sport now. everybody likes to do it. gambling has gone on-line. people do it there as well. there's a new gambling website out there that's drawing a lot of controversy because it's for college students. the website is called your college poker club and it's individualized to each college with the program. you pay $20 a month to participate and you get $10,000 in virtual money. if you turn that into $50,000 they'll give you $100 cash. >> on the surface people are going to look at it and say it's poker, it's underage, it's college kids, losing money. >> via skype we have chandler the asu junior who created the website. >> we don't call ourselves a gambling website. we call ourselves a gaming website. gambling comes with the risks while gaming allows students to have the opportunity to win cash

this bear came out a couple hundred yards away and started running at me full speed. >> welcome back to "right this minute" everyone. we have a story that raises the question, does the punishment fit the crime? nick, you have the details for us. >> in july of 2010, there was a duck boat or an amphibious boat on the delaware river. matthew, a 35-year-old tug boat driver, is towing that barge that you see there on the left. he was not paying attention. he was using his cell phone and his laptop computer. the barge that he was towing ran right over this duck boat. this accident killed two hungarian student tourists and plunged 35 other tourists into the delaware river. this week, matthew was sentenced to one year and one day. he was making these phone calls and he was on his laptop because his young 6-year-old son had complications during eye surgery.

sees a car stuck there. he called an onduty officer to come and assist. a 31-year-old woman is inside the car with her 1-month-old baby. the officers are able to get the woman and her 1-month-old safely out of the car, then they tried to alert train dispatch. as they were trying to do that, they saw a train coming. they tried to wave him down and let him know there was something to track with the flashlight. the train couldn't stop in time and the train totals the car. >> how did she wind up in that position. i noticed she's quite to the left of the gate. >> she told the officers that she turned too early and ended up driving down the train tracks. they did smell some alcoholic substances. >> now we're getting to the story. continue. >> the woman failed a sobriety test and was arrested and taken to the franklin county adult detention center. the child was turned over to a family member. >> was she trying to get out?

it involves three horses and this -- the beginning of this footage is pretty graphic. ♪ rescuers from the great foundation found 60 horses on the property and found 23 dead horses and several burial pits. the foundation found three of the worst horses and requested to take them. they found one named bay in a pen covered in feces. and two horses seemed like they were taking care of him. they took bay away for rehabilitation and the two horses chased after the trailer. the rescuers knew they wanted to be together. ♪ >> why were all these horses in this condition surround by all these caldly go ahead dan talk wh the founder
