recreation centers is under way. it would shift the funding of the center to private company. several members on the city council board is concerned about that. so opponents of the plan believe many centers could end up closing. the head of the rec and park department is expected to speak to explain more about the plan. taking a look at top stories, baltimore city police trying to find anyone who might have seen something halloween night at a carryout restaurant. freddy jones jr. was shot and killed. detectives were armed with fliers and pictures trying to identify the killers.

selling it. we all know that times are tough in whether you have a job or don't have one, chances are you could use some extra cash. websites are popping up all over the internet where you list things you feel comfortable rent out. you can rent everything from tools, cars, dogs and even friends. although you can't be rented as a date the sites are really catching on. some people have reservation about renting out a pet or themselves. people who used the services actually see it differently. rental prices depend on where you live. an outing with a friend is usually about $50. a trip with someone else's dog to the park goes about 5 and lending a car for a day goes

. >> authorities in southern california trying to figure out what started a huge brush fire about 50 miles east of l.a. the blaze broke out this morning and burned about 2 acres of land and damaged several homes. one person was injured after inhaling smoke. dramatic video captured what happened after a car slammed into a fire hydrant. the force of the spray was so strong and the car ended up in the car. police investigating the possibility that the car was stolen. instead of steal the car, taking to much bigger level.
