death of a police officer and a 22-year-old shawn gunman bell and three other people. he was gunned down by fellow police officers who were arriving for crowd control on north packer street. he was not in uniform. at the time it was not clear if he identified himself as police officer. autopsy revealed he was caught in a hail of gunfire struck by 20 bullets. the review board was appointed by the mayor and it is made up of national law enforcement experts. the board was asked to review the incident and recommend changes to prevent the type of incident from happening again. charges were never filed base the state's attorney ruled that the officers acted reasonably. the results will be announced this morning at a press conference at baltimore city police headquarters. herman cain's campaign has denied he has done anything
