crowson and happy purple friday. you made it to the weekend but what's the weather outlook? let's start with meteorologist justin berk. >> it's look mighty mild. we have cloudy skies and the storm passing to the south. temperatures we have official 50 in baltimore. 43 in easton. 47 back towards hagerstown. oddly enough the coldest temperature in maryland right now in ocean city is 37 but that's because of the clear skies most of the night. and they have the best chance of rain there's the rain southern virginia. you can pretty much draw a line south of quantico towards richmond driving south is where you will run into the wetness and through the carolinas. we remain cloudy and the official sunrise at 7:37. and then we will be looking for clouds breaking up with some afternoon sun. temperatures actually get their way back into the upper 50s and we will slide back heading towards this evening. the weekend will be cool, but quiet and clearing. we will talk about that next 4:31 somebody this -- on is

friday morning. >> reporter: we have a couple incidents one an accident in the city in the 500 block of macon street. let's look at the beltway. a live look and see how things are moving along in the northeast side a steady flow of traffic in both directions building light right now at old court road near 795. 95 north past keith we have a disabled vehicle in the center lane. you can see the flashing lights there. traffic is able to get by. especially because we have light traffic right now. also, the disabled we had on the inner loop at wilkins is now clear. you can follow us on twitter at maryland traffic is our handle for all the latest accidents and delays. charley, back to you. we begin with a late night fire that happened in the garage of a vacant home in northwest baltimore. when crews arrived, they discovered the garage was not as empty as they thought near the 2700 block of elmer avenue. linda so is in studio with what they found and new video on this friday morning. >> reporter: we learned overnight firefighters found a body inside the burned out

garage. here's new video that came in hours ago. it happened at 5313 elmer avenue in northwest baltimore. it started after 9 last night. when firefighters got there, they found the garage on fire and it was behind a vacant house. once inside, they found the body but they don't know if it's that of a man or woman. this morning investigators are trying to identified person and find out how the fire got started. linda so, abc2 news. we have new information for you this morning on the two alarm fire in harford county. we told you about it at 11 last night. we spoke to the dispatchers overnight who say at least one person now in serious condition after the fire broke out a little before 8 last night on green lane in fallston. the condition of the second victim is unknown at the hour. fire crews rescued both people from the basement. there's no word on the cause of the fire. new details and information in the death of a maryland woman and her son. jane mcquain's estranged

husband is charged with her murder and expected to be charged in the 11-year-old's death. prosecutors say it appears to be over a car. lopez was texting photos of the vehicle in advance of jane going missing and he had come to steal her car for his girlfriend in north carolina. also surveillance video shows lopez's actions during williams final hours. >> it clearly shows him and the child and clearly sees him going in and out of the storage facility and at one point in time after coming from the storage facility, they see a baseball bat in the back seat. >> now authorities believe that baseball bat is the murder weapon used to kill 11-year-old william mcquain. we told you about this yesterday and city police spent yesterday pouring over 170 pages of details about the shooting at the club select back in january. that led to the death of one of their own. a group of independent law enforcement experts came up with 33 recommendations for fixing procedures base on what they thought went -- based on what they thought went wrong.

laceration hazard. 50,000 defender chin straps have been recalled. there's been 6 reports of injuries requiring stitches. and jetblue passengers getting refunds after sitting in the plane for hours due to a snowstorm in new england. five flights were stranded at connecticut airport for as long as eight hours. they are getting their money back and round trip voucher for future trip. around the nation this morning, a police pursuit that's a bit out of the ordinary. this is video from the florida highway patrol war trooper was trying to -- where a trooper was trying to pull over a miami police officer who was going up to 120 miles per hour. he was off duty and in his patrol car. eye took five minutes before he was pulled over. he goes to court next month. suspected thief in west virginia chose wheels for a get away but it was slower than his two feet. this is video showing a man walking into a martinville store taking money and shoving items in his pocket e made a quickest ska -- he made a
